Stahl Farms is a loyal customer to Dobbs Peterbilt - Moses Lake. We greatly appreciate their support, and we look forward to a strong and bright future together.
The Stahl Hutterites started farming in 1980 in Ritzville, Washington with just over 60 Acres. They now farm over 10,000 acres and are continuing to grow. Potatoes are their main crop with most of them going to Lamb Weston, but they also have contracts with other local processing plants. The Stahl’s also grow an abundance of peas, beans, alfalfa, and some onions. They have been proudly doing business with Peterbilt since our opening in Moses Lake in 2007, and Liberty Lake before that. They currently have 20 trucks, multiple potato diggers and 10 tractors.

Amazing video What do the black pipes do at the end ?
If you look closely at the pipes you will see small vent holes in the corrugated pipes for venting blown air into the pile of potatoes to aerate them. This air helps to keep them at a constant temperature.
