as a SOUTH AFRICAN im backing my boy...always....but as a very big Adesanya fan....i dont think he deserves a title shot after being inactive for almost 1 year...there are fighters thats been nfighting and working and climbing to move up.....the simplest solution would be....Adesanya didnt have a rematch after losing to Strickland and Strickland didnt have a rematch after losing to Dricus......so in all fairness ...both fighters lost their Titles and both didnt get rematches,,,so Adesanya vs Strickland 2 . WINNER gets their rematch....but as far as Adesanyas title shot goes at 305...its unfair to fighters like Whittaker Cannonier or even Brendan Allen on a 7 fight win streak ..... these guys have been puuting in the work to climb....Adesanya should atleast have 1 or 2 fights against top 5 ranked fighters before he gets a title shot.....JUST MY OPINION 🤣
