Seen several Magura videos now and it's amazing to read all the comments about lack of info, that Magura dont hold up to expectations, that you destroyed parts bla bla. The simple solution - IF you don't have basic knowledge about how brakes works, or can't figure out how to change pads, or why torque specs are important, or blaming broken parts/lack of performance on Magura - that you have caused by yourself - then you perhaps shouldn't buy premium brakes in the first place and try to do the work by yourself! Leave the bike to the local bike shop! With that being said, feedback to Magura is to highlight torque specs even more, and make longer videos to cover more situations and have one mechanic with good knowledge and pedagogy that shows the procedures on a real bike, take notice from Park tool videos, GMBN etc. As for now the videos are good but very straight forward with a lot of info, but stiff and correct (german style!?🤔). Make it more relaxed and personal to the viewers with one presenter/host/mechanic. Perhaps do some additional videos with the pro's and have them talk about there setups, experiences etc. Love my MT7 pro's, just wish I had the HC3 levers aswell *blinking to Magura 😉*

What a worthless "tip"

I bought this tool, but can’t find a detailed manual of its features and how to use it properly. This video is not sufficient. Please provide a link to the detailed information necessary to use the tool.

Currently going mad with my magura 4 piston brake. No matter what I do it drags. Along the way I broke the bleed screw (made of plastic!) and replaced the disck (Magura counterlock to 6 pin adapter is made of plastic too! wtf). I am looking forward to selling the bike and never buying Magura shit again.

Never had a brake problem in 30yrs except with magura mt 4-5 noise!

I don’t how these brakes we’re voted best for 2020, 2021 in a row. My brake not only rub but also make an annoying high pitch noise. Not happy.

Overall build not bad, however very poor quality serviceable components on your Hymec system. Seals are made of very bad quality material. Complete failure on master cylinder after low hours of use. Ordering new parts is near impossible locally. Please step up your game as I am completely regretting the purchase.

Way too difficult to adjust the alignment of the pads in order not to touch the disc. I regret to purchase it. I bought the MT7 in Germany but Magura Hong Kong did not provide any help.

Have you upgraded your plastic brake lever body's? I have read the best upgrade is the fit a Shimano brake lever assembly to your brakes.
