Not really whats the deal withTui Egypt flights, been many times and almost invariably you get troublesome passengers.....like i mentioned in a previous comment we've given up for now until another airline flys. Its appalling they treat it has short haul.

Treating medium haul as short, always been a bugbear, after 15 trips to Egypt weve given up, the flights ruin the holiday, Monarch were tolerable, but Tui are awful.Add on terrible departure times. Can only hope one day they get competition.

How many days away did you go to Poland? As I'm thinking of doing the same thing as you and going to Energylandia and Auchwitz. If your trip lasted 4 days, 2 days in the park, you could easily pack a 4 day trips worth of clothes into carry on only and save even more money.

If I go to the Efteling I almost never go to the Fairytale Forest. I need time to go to the main attractions. The dark rides best; Fatamorgana, Droomvlucht and Symbolica. Efteling is not really a park for the thrills, but it's very well themed, including most of the thrill rides. Baron 1898, the Flying Dutchman and Villa Volta are worth a visit for that reason. Looking forward to Dance Macarbre. However, as someone who's been to the Efteling since I was 5, the Fairytale Forest brings back fond memories. It's much more fun if you get the stories, and understand what's going on. You left some of the scenes too early before anything interesting happened. Like with the talking mirror you get to see the reflection of the evil queen, who transforms into a witch and smashes the mirror in anger. In the Herberg De Ersterling it tells a story of three brothers who received magical gifts; a donkey that poops infinite gold, a tablecloth that gives infinite food, and a living club in a bag. The first 2 brothers get deceived by an innkeeper who steals the donkey and the tablecloth, but when he tries to steal the club he gets beaten up, is trapped in the bag and the third brother ends up with all of the gifts. The show depicts the tablecloth conjuring food out of thin air, by means of a pepper's ghost effect. As someone mentioned before you've missed over a third of the Forest. The little Match Girl, The Emperor's new Glothes and The Chinese Nightingale might be my favourite 3. Though Pinocchio is about as good. You missed The Gardener and the Fakir. A bit dated but a fun classic as well just like Langnek. You also skipped Cinderella. It's okay. The attraction with the swans is well made, but not worth the wait. If you take the ride you can see a little girl making clothing out of flowers to turn her brothers who were changed into swans, back into humans. You can see her without taking the ride if you go around the corner. Not the best thought out attraction. A lot of waiting and it takes up a lot of space, but there's very little to see. There's also Tom Thumb, Rumpelstiltskin and 2 talking trees that you've missed, but they're nothing special imo. Regarding the monster-fish that swallows Pinocchio, the original story doesn't say the fish is a whale, so they chose a different design to not copy Disney. Monstro is also just a name made up for the Disney movie. Hope you guys had more fun in the rest of the park.

Nice to see your vlog. Efteling was built before Disney parks existed. It is a 2 day park if you want to see and do everything at the park. Efteling started out as a football field with a little playground. Then they built the fairytale forest to draw more people. It became so popular they built more and more rides and attractions around the fairytale forest. The Efteling is not owned by a big company like Disney but by a foundation that is why it has more affordable prices. Efteling is in a nature reserve and close to houses where people live so they cant just built extra rides and rollercoasters due to noise complaints. So they will focus on doing theming of rides which they are great at even tough they have much less budget than Disney. I have been to Disneyland in the US and Disneyland Paris, I prefer Efteling. Disneyworld however I have never been to but I know it is really big and they have a much larger budget than Efteling. P.s. The Efteling has been building one of the most expensive haunted houses in the world last year costing 35 million euros. It is called Danse Macabre Unfortunately it will only open in October.

Older children think it's boring.. but when they come back as adults, it's the most nostalgic part of Efteling and it's the 1 thing they would never skip. :) By the way, do you realise you skipped a significant part? ..Fairtale tree, emperor new clothes, tom thumb etc

It looks like a nice little diversion to pass the time, but I agree that with so many other rides and attractions you may want to skip it.
