The french one reminded me of that time me and my mom were stuck in traffic coming back from a little holiday and we hear the alarm noise so I grab my phone and the first thing I read is 'extreme emergency' so I shit myself because emergency alerts by texts means you have to take immediate actions, it was about a dam at extreme risk of collapse, (meaning that should it actually collapse we'd be forced to leave the car and run) then the message disappeared and came a second one where in small caracters was written 'this is a drill, no action should be taken' (right below another 'extreme emergency', so not the first thing you'd read). Needless to say, we were happy to be home, because for a hot minute, I thought we were going to die or have to escape. The worst was that we weren't near mountains or high grounds, so had this been real, we could've been caught in a flood (the alert said to go there to avoid the potential flood). I'm still bitter about testing the emergency alert system during traffic, in a zone where I learnt there is no dam
