    Recipe details: 1/4 onion 3 garlic pieces 20g mushrooms 20g kale 11 cherry tomatoes 32g avocado 3/4 sweet potato 50g white beans 2 eggs Place the sweet potato in the oven for 20 min at 200 °C. Add all the ingredients, besides the tomato and avocado, to a pan and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes at medium-low heat. Add the 2 eggs to the pan and mix well. Place the mixture in a bowl add the avocado, sweet potato, and tomatoes, and enjoy 🫶🏾

    Recipe Details: - 1/2 cup of cottage cheese - 1/2 lemon juice - 1 and 3/4 cups of soy milk - 2 cups of all-purpose flour - 2 tbsp of baking powder - 2 tbsp of cane sugar - 1 tsp of vanilla extract - 3 tbsp of melted butter - A pinch of salt This recipe will yield about 8 pancakes. Enjoy! ☺️
