I am from a generation who really dislikes Steven Universe because they consider it "woke". Tbh, I am not a big fan of the woke culture, but I don't think SU fits in that category in any way. And a bit of inclusivity, in my point of view, is really great (although gems don't even have gender, but anyway). And, God, this series' soundtrack is just incredible. I have been listening to it since I was little, now I am 17 and still in love with everything about this series.

I really like how Steven's theme, the Diamond chords, just flooded out Jasper's theme from the soundtrack. Then eventually the Diamond ost started to grow more intense as Steven loses himself in the fight. You don't even hear Steven's ost anymore. It's all Diamond. Man SU really knows how to make banger soundtracks.

This song actually means so much to me. So do all of the songs in this show, but this song takes me to another level. One night, I was tucking my little sister into bed and she asked me to sing this for her. I agreed and once I was done, she was fast asleep. It was such a beautiful and sweet moment for me abd another reason this song means so much to me. Thank you Steven Universe <3
