I also got to see him perform on 7th September as well as 10th September. Those are the two and only times I ever saw him live. It was an unforgettable experience. I got to say, the 10th show was better, to me as a kid at least. On the 7th, Michael was as high as a kite and didn’t even do the moonwalk correctly. But he did do some rare dancing. Something I also learned is that the pro version is a mix of both 7th and 10th September shows. If you’ve noticed in the Billie Jean breakdown, there are some shots where Michael is holding the michrophone and others where he’s not and it’s on the mic stand. The ones where he’s holding it are the 10th and the others where he isn’t are the 7th. The beginning of Billie Jean is mostly the 7th too. Dancing Machine was also taken from the 7th September show as he didn’t do it on the 10th for some reason. Michael is probably more widely known, and broke all the barriers he did (even the racial ones)with a wider fandom, wider than the Beatles,Elvis,Madonna,, everyone from men, women, young, old,children. Obviously his enormous talent, work,ethic,creativity,drive, and perseverance, all were important factors but to me he was magic, so mesmerizing and magical. What he does and makes you feel on every performance ,to me that's why we won't see another performer like that soon, especially with decadence of pop music now..
