i like this take! i enjoy the tone shift in the intro, but i think it only would've worked without eliza's dialogue before the vision. it's cool that it shows (roughly) the time the incident takes place, though. but yeah, "the devil inside" absolutely throws everything off lol. it should've been used instead as a replacement for "devil's gonna come" imo

Bruh, in the replies & description it says that this is the original full scene. The one in the final game is a short-cut version (it lacks the intro and doesn't have a song at all).

the game runs basically as normal, but i have corrupted a few save files in the process of making it work lol. but yes, it works with his 80s outfit. i posted footage of that as well (around 2 months ago?) in case you were interested

agreed. if nothing else, individual outfit selection would've been a really cool feature. found out it's possible to glitch characters into wearing outfits from different dlcs in the same scene, so im not sure why they wouldnt implement it as an actual option lol

@@maxbrinly Yeah an option to pick any outfits after you've beaten the game would be cool, like being able to be eyepatch Laura in the prologue for example, stuff like that too

i imagine he is just wearing his wet clothes because he was too embarrassed to try and save Abi half naked

because her outfit changes once she searches the bags. i couldve opened the trapdoor and used death rewind but i didnt think of that at the time of recording lol

They did just lose Kaylee, so it makes sense they'd be angry with him. I cant blame them.

LITERALLY i’ve always thought that. he’s so loyal to his family. keeping two teens literally imprisoned because he didn’t know what else to do, just to protect his family. did all that for them to blame everything on him.

i've only played it once, but i could try looking for deleted scenes in little hope. do you know what i need to look for or what choices lead to them..?

@@maxbrinly I currently only know about the deletion of version 1.0 of Little Hope In Reunion: If Angela fell in the stream, Taylor points out she is soaked when Angela says she doesn't like Taylor's attitude, and asks how that happened. Angela sighs and Taylor laughs at her. Angela can be dismissive and say she isn't so easily knocked off her stride or tell Taylor to ask her boyfriend because he saw it happen. If Angela says nothing, Taylor sarcastically says her having nothing to say is a surprise. This was present in version 1.00, but removed in later updates.

i noticed that too. i'm surprised they never did much else with the location given its importance lmao. this is the cutscene as it is in 1.0, but there are a couple more deleted scenes from this segment in the files as far as i'm aware. i've only seen them posted in russian, though.

pacing, maybe. but between this and the cut ryan content, i get the feeling they wanted to make the story more laura-centric even if it was at the expense of everyone else

if you have a physical copy of the game on console, you can play to the scene you want, uninstall, reinstall, cancel updates & the characters should be in their default outfits as long as the scene lasts.

Im back playing it on PS5. Theres almost 190 different endings so Id say theres a ton of replayability value..
