You Can’t Out Train a Bad Diet
Im doing overestimated 1000 a day on weekdays and 4500 on weekends for maintenance. My strength swings around but on average its pretty much the same for a few months now. Can someone educate me if Im maintaining correctly or killing my gains. Or gaining fats without knowing so.

probably not optimal but my only reasonable time of day that i can make time for lifting is first thing in the morning so i usually wake up about 7, eat a cliff energy bar (with 10 grams of protein) and then head to the gym and start my lift at about 7:45. Go til 8:45, head home, and grab some low sugar greek yogurt before logging on to work. Luckily get some flexibility working from home.
