    Hi. Any rubbing with this setup? Did you lift the truck?

    • @jdfleetguy28
      @jdfleetguy28 Před 9 hodinami

      Yes, very minor rub on left front crash bar when steering wheel is cranked to the right and the truck is in reverse backing up. No lift, all stock suspension. Note: As seen on the Bronco's with 35s the crash bars are removed by Ford. The Ranger crash bars are removable as well and that is really all that would be needed to eliminate that minor rub.

      @@Axsel85 Ride quality seems the same. I drove it about 600-700 miles with the stock tires and wheels before making the swap. After removal of the running boards, I put black vinyl wrap on the belly, topped with a Ford Accessory rocker protector kit plus added some clear PPF to the rear fenders. I have had pretty much the same setup on my Bronco for the past year, no signs of any rock damages.

    Just picked up the same cutter and added the second layer like you did. It does an awesome job on the small stuff too. I used it to cut grass around my pond that was about 6 inches high and it looks like a finish mower went around it and I can't see any clippings! We need a video on how to install these! I bought the "power beyond" kit for mine amd the instructions were so generic and vague! I would love to finally see a short video that shows: power beyond port here, move this there, etc etc...

    • @jdfleetguy28
      @jdfleetguy28 Před měsícem

      That’s a summit SCV kit on the rear running my power top link. That’s a Deere power beyond that’s running the summit SCVS. The Deere rear scv now has the Deere rear to mid kit and Deere loader kit. That Deere scv is run with the thumb button on the joystick. Part of that Deere 3rd scv came on the tractor, I just added the Deere kits to move that one out to the loader. Green tractor talk forum has a lot more detailed discussions on various hydraulic kits and including mine seen on this tractor. That’s really what I make these videos for which is visual aids in forum discussions. Tractor time with Tim has some install videos on summit kits, but every model of tractor varies as well as options already on said model of tractor can alter the kits needed and or how they install.

    • @theoverlanddisciple
      @theoverlanddisciple Před měsícem

      @jdfleetguy28 that's exactly what I've found, every model has different variations that change things up, so to a novice like myself, I'm skilled enough to perform the work, just not knowledgeable enough to find it without good instructions. My 3039R has the factory set (two ports) of rear scvs that i run my sickle mower and my belly mower off of. To get by for a front set/3rd function, I just ran two really long lines like and extension cord. I'd like a power beyond port so that I can run a lane shark or even eventually a backhoe.

      @@theoverlanddisciple check with your Deere dealer, give the parts department your vin number, let them know your tractor came with 1 rear factory scv, the vin should tell them that but just in case the rear scv was dealer installed it would not show up, so to be safe let them know it has that scv, it charges which power beyond kit you need. The Deere pb kit is the way to go, the summit pb does not contain all the correct parts and terrible instructions, the Deere kit will work, provided you buy the correct kit. Your local Deere parts dot should be able to get you what you need.

      @jdfleetguy28 Před měsícem

      I have a smaller one for 2-4 series machines. Check out my channel, there are some older videos of the smaller loader mounted brush cutter in action. It runs off the tractors 3rd function hydraulics. With the compact tractors it’s more for cutting in short burst at a time. They are not really well suited for long duration continuous use, like mowing a pasture. Long sustained use like mowing a several acres continuously could potentially get your hydraulics too hot. What I am using it for, it’s a really good application for this type of cutter.

      @@MrScottrob There are more videos showing the buttons on my channel. The top button activates the loader controller /Joystick, the rabbit controls the speed or fast or normal. Honestly not a lot of difference in fast and slow but there is some. There should be a video showing the speed difference. There is a big difference in the precision and smoothness of ESCV controls and the standard cable pully mechanical systems that come in the compact cab 3R / 4R as standard equipment. This option is really a global option and not really even offered here in the states. They build them here in the US plant for multiple countries overseas as when the option is ordered. As of right now, you can't spec or order one with this option from a dealer in the north American market. My dealer could source all the parts some from the US some from the Deere German parts DC, and with nothing but a part diagram we were able to put it together on mine as you see it the videos. I have ESCV controls in both my 5125Rs and love them so once I discovered Deere made such a feature for the Cab 3R and 4R, I set out to get one. Sort of steamrolled into an expensive project but we got it done. This might very well be the only 4075R with these controls on it in the world right now. These controls have been available for order for many years on 3R and 4R machines going to Certain European countries. I am not sure any 4075Rs have made it to Europe yet, this might be the only one for now.

      Deere brand sprayer special for the gators. It was in the gator accessory catalog, don’t recall a part number for it.

    How did you get that loader electronic control?

    • @jdfleetguy28
      @jdfleetguy28 Před 3 měsíci

      It was ordered part by part from the Deere 4R parts catalog and dealer installed it all prior to delivery of the new tractor. The option is offered factory installed for select international/ global markets. Unfortunately it is not offered factory installed here in the North America market, even though they are all built right here in the USA down in Georgia.

    • @Captkb
      @Captkb Před 3 měsíci

      It looks like you used to have a tractor with manual control. How do you like it with the electronic loader control? I know the new machines now have the electronic three-point standard. I know what you went through. I have a gator and wanted to have a trailer connector and license plate mount and lights, so I ordered all the European parts and set it all up. Works great.

      @@Captkb I love ESCV controls, both my 5Rs have similar ESCV controls. I knew it was what I wanted based on my 5R experience, and experience with the standard cable driven mechanical joystick found in my other cab 3R and 4R machines past and present. The 3R cab would benefit even more with this option, the cab 3R mechanical joystick is very stiff and very sloppy in its control. The ESCV controls would 100% cure those issue with the std mechanical systems.

    Well most of my videos are used as visual aids for my forum post on GTT (Green Tractor Talk Forum). A forum member had asked me for some more detailed images of the loader and how the hydraulic lines are routed when setup with the Euro(global) market ESCV loader control system. This may be the only 4075R in the world right now with this electric over hydraulic loader control system installed on it. It is a Deere option on the 4 series cab models, but only offered in select few countries around the world, not offered at all here in the North American market. My Deere Dealer and I did a substantial amount of research to come up with all the part numbers needed to dealer instal this ESCV loader controls. All parts came from Deere, some were found in US Deere distribution centers, a few had to come out of Deere’s German distribution centers. There is a great deal of interest on our GTT forum among 3R/4R cab model owners and future potential owners wanting this option opened up for North American markets. It is crazy expensive to put this ESCV loader control option on a cab 3R/4R when buying it piece by piece and dealer installing it like was done here with mine. When this option is factory installed for European markets it’s done at about a 3rd the cost.
