Brilliant! Well done all. City Assembly House is such a great space too.
Thanks Mark. Yeah it’s a real gem of a space! We have another video filmed there coming soon. Thanks
Beautiful :) Thank you all.
Thanks for watching!
Very cool
How does this not have 30 thousand likes ?
If this song, her singing, and bass fiddle does not raise the hair on the back of your neck or arms.....you are not human. A masterpiece by this quartet and the Joy Division.
How can this video get away with so few clicks? Beautiful version of a classic song.
Perfect.
What a voice
Super arrangement. Beautifully performed!
Incredible
The emotions of the pain and joy of true love….I feel both sides through this…..perfectly done and thanks 🇮🇹.
Wonderfull
Great version. Niamh's voice just keeps getting better and better.
This is sublime.
Quality cover! Kathleen or Gino next?
Metronome ?
Astonishing guys.
Şahane harika muhteşem
You guys sound great, thank gawd because you'd make lousy mathematicians. 😉
never heard this version. Philip had a lot of people who appreciated his music to do there own version...Vibe for Philo.
Doesn’t suit you Niamh.
what happened to Niamh?! where's her beautiful, brown hair?
It's a David Brubeck composition!!
No it ain't!! Dave Greenfield of the Stranglers wrote it along with Hugh Cornwall who provided the lyrics
@@philipreed1847 Correct!
It's not, the Dave Brubeck video is an edit cover, but they don't make that clear enough
Cool.🌹
Well Done - A very enjoyable version.
Good tune 👍💖🌹
love this :)
Whats a good taste!!!!! Congratulations
Precious! Touching. Drop a tear in Siberia
Amazing version!
Perfeito ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Bravo... great : )
Every time just like the last On her ship tied to the mast To distant lands Takes both my hands Never a frown with Golden Brown
I Want More😀😀
Wow , so good !
That singer is very very cute ☺️
Beautilul. The composer of this piece od music is Dave Brubeck.

No. No it isn't.
Seriously? Omg!
@@ajayhelliwell5817 No, not really. The original is by The Stranglers. There is a very nice mashup of Golden Brown with Take Five by Dave Brubeck. But Brubeck himself was never involved.
@@dalstein3708 There are sites that have missed out on some music history and claim the Stranglers composed the song, but as correctly stated here it's an original instrumental tune by American jazz piano legend Dave Brubeck, released some 18 years before the English new wavers had one of their greatest hits. But the Stranglers made the lyrics and turned it in to a unique pop song. It may remind of Brubeck's Take Five, but this is in 6/8, though the piano riff has much the same style.
Beautiful
I just love this lady's voice xxx
So good I wish I had some mango haagen dazs
Wonderful analogy music and ice cream….. I love this, I have heard many renditions of the original golden brown…. But this is my favorite. Why? Because i can hear the wonderfull bass tones from the stand up bass, a clear guitar melody that does not skip a measure,, and of course the high tones of a superbly executed violin…..sometimes less is more…..Grazie Mille!
Heavenly good.
I'm confused. Are there two Niamh Farrells? Cause I have watched several videos, and she looks completely different than she used to???
This one looks like it needs an exorcism and fast.
It is touchy!! ♥️

Magnifique interpretation!
Lovely
Brilliant cover
I love the original, but this is splendid
This was absolutely wonderful! I love how all of you perform in harmony. The vocalist has a very pretty hairstyle and a very pretty smile, too!
So, NOT the Niamh Farrell of the long, dark hair who has sung w/Julie Fowlis & Linda Nic Leoid? Talented & lovely in any case!
No, it's Niamh Farrell, the lead singer of Ham Sandwich. They're a fantastic Irish band. You should give them a listen.
@@johnnycallaghan Ok, tnx!
