@@classiccarhuntersa4465 Worth every penny! I have seen videos of Unimogs costing 10 times as much, which are newer, bigger..beter even, but not by that much! This is at least as cool. I personally don't like the new tires as much as the old ones, but the rest...PERFECT! Veel plezier!

Thanks Marios. In South Africa you need a code 10 licence with a professional drivers permit, which is a medium truck licence. Costs vary greatly depending on condition and specification. A single cab 416 in good nick will easily set you back around R350-380k. A Doka (double cab) easily north of R500k.
I own a Hilux 2400 Raider limited edition I am the second owner from New. It is also well documented from new.
Please do some more videos with the Unimog. Also please add some video instead of just stills. Keep up the good work 👍

Maybe a rebate for South African market of a U.S. falcon in Australia where they were made a gt phase 3 did 170mph with a 4 valve Cleveland your one sounds like a 2 valve Windsor a genuine phase 3 is worth 500k to 1. 5 m
I never said its a phase 3. Its a genuine XY GT, 4V Cleveland. No cleveland ever had 4 valves. The 2V cleveland and 4V cleveland denominations refer to the intake manifold and not the number of valves. The 2V cleveland was fitted to the XW GT.

That engine is a 4V 351CI Cleveland, sir. It is actually quite easy to distinguish between the 2 Ford engine families.

Was a GT, with both tags intact. Diamond black, manual with power steering...

This vehicle was actually built to UNTAG specs, hence the sunroof, aircon & winch which were installed by Toyota.
You did a fantastic job here. Enjoy the car. What an icon! Keep it well hidden from all the criminals who would dearly want to steal this.
