i know you like weird decks, so i thought i will just mention it. i once played against a Gholdengo ex deck that include Grafaiai (Paldea Evolved) instead of Palkia VSTAR, and all 8 Energy types. i thought the concept way more cool 😛 1st, having a single-prize attacker tend to skew the prize trade in your favour. 2nd, Grafaiai has no Ablility and may actually be better VS stuff like Iron Thorns ex, Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex etc. Besides, imagine if they bring back the Fairy Energy - Grafaiai can hit so hard that it will be funny. Rainbow power ! 🤪

Tbh pokemon is a kids game and they are a marketing company, if he did a gesture that parents recognise then they will lose money and not buy pokemom products. This whole world's is all about marketing so it makes sense to dq someone that did it

The great thing about this deck, is it is technically a meme stall deck. And yet its incredibly powerful so long as you go up against 90 percent of decks that rely on V or ex pokemon. Charizard can't do it, there's no vstars, or lumineon, no rotom. Gardevoir is shut down for its strat. Just so much it stops and all with meme stall.

I was the Last Venomoth Deck. I was searching for my Iron Leaves but I prized it, so was trying to dig for a Heavy Ball xD

This is actually so crazy- first thing I thought when I saw the card was: the two goats imo are zoroark gx and mew vmax and they just combined them, literally was talking for hours about it, we in the same wavelength 🔥

The Heatran Burn is one of my favorite “oh wait that’s huge” abilities

funny how everyone says its luck that he won when he lost only 1 set in the whole tournament and on the finals 1 of the games he won he failed like 3 out of 5 dice rolls

Funny thing is Fernando shouldnt have gone on as the DQ happened after their game finished so under Pokémon rules the game loss/DQ should have been applied to his next game as the match had already finished

Thorns completely shuts off so many meta decks and as the anti meta is now. Don't throw your lugia decks away just switch to omastar identical deck and less reliant on coin flips. This is the future.

for everyone saying "he got lucky with the dice throws", no, he was average, go watch the stream again and you will see him failiing a lot of throws, let me remember you all a dice throw is technically a 50/50 and the deck requires a lot of future-planning and game-sense, if it could win most of the matches everyone would play it, but it has less than 10% share in the tournament and we don't see another thorn in the top 16

in case anyone does need credits for tcglive, the best way is buying the shadow rider calyrex deck. first purchase you own it, second purchase 1k or so creds, 3 purchase and onwards 4k or so creds

The only bad thing abt this is that i have to always press the replay button manually. Lol

I am so hyped for this game. The cards look beautiful and cannot wait to open packs. There is also a new trailer now which you should look at. It covers a new immersive mewtwo card, which looks insane. The trailer also hints about gameplay, total amount of cards in the game, and more. I did brick against this deck using drago but the 5 th place drago deck can counter this cs i just had the matchup and i won this thorns deck. Use canceling cologne to using abilities and MUST use the drago vstar. Then grab the same cologne and whichever card u want and when they boss always switch to the mew

I've been playing the OkiChomp core in one of my decks, but I've been using a Rad Gren engine with Energizing Rock Salt Garg to be able to dustribute and heal as I need. I also have Glimmora EX, but... maybe I take it out for something else?

Fernando did not deserve to win worlds. He lost 2-0 I top 8 to Ian Robbs. Quite spectacularly actually. The end of game slip had been signed and Ian had already done his winners interview. A clenched fist is not cause for an unsportsmanlike conduct.

Iron Thorns EX isn’t the deck that won in worlds for me. It’s roaring moon for me. Should’ve been Miradion ex vs Moon

problem with pulling in Iron Crown is your opponent could gust it up which turns on their abilities
