    Your shared article is very useful and Most people cannot see the long-term cause and effect relationship... They are short-sighted and only think in terms of today's, this week's and this month's time frames. If they don't see a reward from the actions they take right away, they will give up or find a new shiny object and the same pattern will repeat. It's a viscous cycle like a snake eating its tail. If you take action today, the real reward of that action will come in 1-2 years, not today. Most people are blind to this.
