Dreaming a dream - A visual poem
Stumbled upon this incredible visual poem on Vimeo, tried finding it on CZcams, couldn't so uploading it here to spread it to a wider audience. The work belongs to its original creator, no copyright infringement intended. Please read full description for credits. Spread the beauty :)
The brightness of the city, burns into my skin.
I want to tear free from this life,
…into another
I’m dreaming a dream, where I’ve all the time to wander…
I wonder, if I can dream a dream being a wonder
Where my fighting soul turns into a vivid spirit,
and has trust and love,
in a truthful friend
So I fly into the deepest sea,
Dive into the darkest woods,
I run away, to run to me.
I’m searching for inner peace,
..and a moment, of silence
This is where I belong…
Roaming, in time and space

Forget everyone else, I myself wasn't sure if I would be able to make it. Considering I had learnt driving just an year ago - it was a trip of a lifetime. Cruising through the highways of Rajasthan & Gujarat, the famous Mumbai-Pune expressway. and the majestic countryside of Karnataka, I could see the changing weather, the skies, the color of soil, the people, the languages and yes - the food. ...

I didn't know who I was How could i? How could any of us? Because for the first 25 years of our lives, we are trained to listen to voices That are now our own Parents and professors fill our heads with Widsom and information, and then employers and mentors take their place and explain How this world really works Usually these voices of authority make sense, but sometimes doubt starts to creep into our heads and into our hearts Even when we think that's not quite how I see the world, it's kind of easier just to nod and agree with and go along for ahwile, i let that "Going along" to find my character i was repressing my own point-of-view because like in that Nelson song, everybody was talking at me so i couldn't hear the echos of my mind At firdy, the internal voice i needed to listen to was hardly audible and it was hardly noticeable, King of like me in high school . Then I started paying more attention and my intituition kicked in . I want to be clear that your intuition is different from your conscience They work in tandem, but here's the distinction. Your conscience shout, " here's what you should do" White your intuition whispers, here's what you could do" Listen to that voice that tells you what you could do Nothing will define your character more than that Isten your intuition

Transcription : "'Jeune homme.

This is motherly love. And since everyone sometimes is annoyed by how much she cares sometimes. I guess real love is not the one everyone is looking for. Sometimes is good to feel pain and Be forgetton. So we wont be so self involved and selfish. To realize that its okay to live with your reality. To be wild and to take risks. To be late at work. Because no one woke you up. So you can laugh about how silly you were. To miss your friend's wedding to know that you cant give them always what they want. Let go. Be free of love. The right one will love you for it.

I really enjoyed and felt inspired by the concept of fish love! It is so true, that after the initial romance you must ascertain if this is real love or fish love! This is not so easy a task, but it must be done! True love is not Fish love! Seek the answers, don't waste your precious time on Fish Love!

He makes good points. However, his fish love analogy is not accurate. The greatest conservationists are people that hunt and fish. They give more time and money to build HABITAT, than anyone else. We are all.part of the food chain, and its absurd to think that we need to feel remorse to survive. Not one member of the animal kingdom feels remorse, and they are all far more brutal than humans in the way that they kill. Many animals actually intentionally torture their prey.

Nice sentiment on love of giving being self reflective. There is another type of giving without egocentrism. Random acts of kindness when you don't know the recipient and the recipient doesn't know you. No reciprocity expected. Love of giving for the sake of giving. Ars gratia artis

@@nitzaberrios9021 That's a logic leap. Think clearly. Andreas, you are correct, but the ideas of "you" and "me" are so nonsensical that the projections we place there are just as good. In the end, wanting good for another being and succeeding in giving that, is an objective good. No matter how selfish, irrational and mindless the motivations really are. I don't like dressing it up as something special, or worthy of respect, which it's not, but it's undeniably a good thing.

Hi Patrick. I took Delhi > Jaipur > Ajmer > Udaipur > Vododara > Surat > Mumbai > Pune > Bangalore. The roads were decent for the most part save for a bad stretch of about 50Kms between Udaipur and Vadodara. Hope they would have fixed it by now. About hotels - I just stayed in cheap roadside motels on the way, don't remember the names now. And yes I also slept in the car on 2 occasions ;)

I remember spending around 20K on fuel alone. But mine was a Diesel car and this was in 2013, am sure your expenses would be higher. Couple of pointers for you: 1. Fuel prices are inconsistent across states, so plan your refuelling stops, you would save some money. Prices in Maharashtra are kinda insane ( I remember paying around 69Rs/ Ltr for Diesel in 2013 in Mumbai, while it was around 52Rs in Delhi) , so tank up before you enter the state. 2. There would be numerous Toll plazas, keep in mind of this added cost - this would come somewhere around 2000 Rs! 3. Gujarat is a dry state so avoid carrying any alcohol in the car or you might get into unnecessary trouble with the cops. 4. Avoid driving at night if you can, as there would be deserted stretches of 50-60 Kms along the way. 5. Most cities have bypasses now, so if you ask someone for directions tell them your route. Eg - If you are going to Vadodara from Udaipur, the usual route is through Ahmedabad, but you need not enter the city, just take the newly constructed expressway and you would easily save a couple of hours. However, if you ask for Ahmedabad since you've heard of the route, the locals would give you the directions to the city, and it won't be their fault since you asked for it. Take care of these little things and you'll be good. The route is pretty scenic and you would love the drive :)
