Hi momina, I just watched your alevel result video because I just entered my Alevels. The subjects I'm opting for are law history, sociology, and urdu or global perspective. I got a B in my urdu o'level results. And I really don't know what to choose URDU OR GP. Hope you can guide me with your experience whether to take urdu or not (i want an A atleast 😅)

Unfortunately not everyone has the luxury to take risks. Because inorder to start a business you require money.Not every 18/19 years old would have this much money to start something of their own. Belonging from a middleclass family you have no other option but to be good enough academically. Inorder to less burdenize your parents we have to go through a lot. That's why people like me have to be good at school/college/university....This is only how we could do something for our parents from economical point of view. May be later on we guys could also start a business of our own. I know it would be a slow rise but still it is something

I was feeling lost so decided to take a gap year at 19 and then felt more lost than Ever!!!! Obviously when u saw everyone around getting admissions going abroad and then u start questioning yourself what u did ? But I think that ITS OKAY now even after feeling all that lost I tried some online works, explore myself got much time to know exactly whats happening and what i want and thats the only thing I want to tell anyone struggling if you are getting admission in any of the university then don't step back get that admission . And if you want to Take a gap year then don't just waste that time especially (Girls) Do something in that period get a job , start business work on yourself but just Don't waste that time so that u wouldn't be regretting !!

This is my brother's mindset he thinks that degree is nothing at all. He thinks it's just a wastage of money and time for people in Pakistan. The people who are doing zoology botany jinka Pakistan main koi scope nhi hai..... So he thinks same like you that business is much better than studying and then doing a job from 9 to 5. Pakistan main 2 hi log kamyab Hain 1...... Jinhon ny aesi degree li hui hai which is skilfull like arts and fashion like all of that jis main apky pass degree k Saath sath koi skill bhi hath legit hai. 2...... Jinka apna business hai. And this is the sad reality k hamary yahan degree KO SIRF proposals find krny k liye use Kia Jata hai agr koi doctor hai to rishta bhag bhag k ayega q.... Bcz wo doctor hai chahy usky pass job na bhi. Yahan studies KO importance nhi Di jati na hi dikhaya jata hai how to use your degree to become a better person and help people in your society.

I know education is hard, I'm in this realm too right now that I want to drop out because my business marketing degree is giving me torture BUT education is necessary, yes it's hard but the knowledge it has given to me, and the future career I want can only be possible through this degree. So any student reading this, stay in university, hardships come and go, try to stay calm and continue your education.

Your journey is quite motivating, but I need advice on convincing my parents to take a gap year or switch my career path. I want to shift from sciences to commerce. In my O-Levels, I studied science subjects, including biology and computer science, and managed to score A* in all of them (without relying on predicted grades). In my A-Levels, I continued with science subjects, taking maths, physics, chemistry, and computer science, and achieved all A grades in AS Level. However, I never enjoyed studying these subjects; it was merely a way to pass the time. When I started applying to universities, I finally decided to switch to commerce. Unfortunately, my parents were reluctant to let me change my fields. They believe that in Pakistan, students with a computer science background have better survival prospects, and while accounting and finance (ACF) is a good field, they think it's not as beneficial as computer science. They also feel that since I haven't studied any commerce subjects, I wouldn't be able to handle them, despite my good results in science. I am not interested in pursuing sciences and feel very low because of this. How can I convince them, considering university admissions are out and I need to make a decision? Moreover, my relatives and teachers are all pushing me towards computer science.

honestly the struggles lies between passion or studies mostly us as students fail to even know if we’re passionate about something or good at something that could be our stability in life we follow the path of education cuz that’s what we’re been told but honestly you’re inspiring us to actually explore ourselves to know
