    I have used paid version 3.12.26 and could not import data from polar flow to garmin connect. The export from polar flow went well. Connection to garmin connect went well. But import was unsuccessful. Have anyone succeed with this? I did import opposite way and succeed, however the activities imported do not participate in the training load and cardio load. The activity of 3h cycling does not make any difference in the training load pro or cardio load. Disappointing. If anyone succeed with those issues, please let us know. Cheers

    • @activezone8574

      Well, surely it is not like rim brake or disc brake. But I had a duathlon race with really heavy rain. Something what you never want to experience, and definitely not on a race. One must be really cautious with braking and brake in advance counting with longer braking ways, so could brake any time. But definitely that is a disadvantage of these wheels. If you often ride in the wet, I would also look for something else.

Anyway, which gives you more comfort? Honestly I cannot say one or the other. For example the other day I did a 25x400 m with 30 sek rest. for every time I ran the finish kept going further and further off my original stop end before the watch automatic switched to rest phase. Yeah so I think I have figured out the issue. to day I ran 8x1000 1 min rest (with auto start next phase) in the 1 minute break/ rest phase I was walking around to prevent stiff legs. So what I found out is that in my rest I walked a total 15 meter and the clock is adding the 15 meter in to the work phase to get the total planned distance of 1 km in the "work" phase. + normally i start my flying start when the work phase is showing up. there I found out that the gps starts kicking in asap after the "work display" is disappearing.So for todays workout I ended up running 8x1000 witch I planned in the app. and I had "auto laps" on for very 1 km. I ended up start at one place, run and see on the display the auto lap pip up but still have som meters to goo in the work phase. Hi from France.Tx for review.I am about to buy it,was looking for advices.I am not using powermeter too but it seems u gain about 10 watts with this helmet if u are interested to know it.Personnaly,what u say about gain speed is more interesting for me,it talks to me.Personnaly,the only interrogation i have is about manipulating the glass with one hand and when you are on the bike.Some people say it is impossible but i saw someone making it easily on a video so i do not know what to think.Hope it is a habit to take...But i never take off my glasses when i am on bike so i imagine it will be same with this.And not having glasses anymore is very appreciable i am sure...I do think we have similarities in our tri passion , we learn by ourselves and are buying products when it is time to!!You have a new subscriber.see u soon.cheers.

      Hi! I have just made some exercise and tried to take off the visor. Well, it's not so easy, but can be done with one hand, and definetely needs some practice in advance. As the visor is held by a string your need to take it out from its place progressivly. After few minutes I could do it without issue. But as you also said, and I have the same opinion, you do not realy need to take it off. Just ride :) Tri forever 😁😁😁❤

      @@fivestars4681 I do not use anything special to clean the visor. Some water and cloth, or just wipe it dry. Try not to touch with your fingers as then it gets greasy. Other then that no special maintenance from my side . And thanks for exploring my channel 🤙😄👍

    Nice video. I have an older pair of F6r's. I bought them 2nd hand for 500 euros and they still look great with the shiny carbon weave. I love them but I'm scared I'll break a spoke so I tend not to use them as much as I'd like. Have you had any issues with a spoke breaking?

    • @activezone8574
      @activezone8574 Před 3 lety

      Hi! I haven't had any issues with my wheels. The spokes are just fine. I am 72kg, plus clothes, but I think the wheels are well built. They should resist the load :) I think by now I must have 5000km in the wheels, or maybe more and planning to put in few times more :))

      @@activezone8574 thank you so much for answering. I have been considering the RYOT44. They offer life time warranty on that model, but I'm on the fence because I can't find reviews and I never have seen the FFWD wheels before in any shop or with the guys that I ride with. They are also a bit more expensive than the zipp 303s, but I like the DT350 on the ffwd.

    • @activezone8574
      @activezone8574 Před 3 lety

      RYOT44 seems to be a new release. What I really like beside the aero benefits, the stiffness. Probably the RYOT44 is also a stiff wheel. I didn't know what is a wheel stiffnes like I got these FFWD wheels. Then I swapped them back to my old Zonda wheels to train with them on the roller. What I can say, that I am totally satisfied with my FFWD wheels, the hubs are smooth, I do enjoy riding them :)

    • @activezone8574
      @activezone8574 Před 3 lety

      Hi Augustine, in order to connect to Zwift you do not need any extra gadgets. Plug in and search and that's all, straight forward. The indoor trainer - if you use bluetooth connection, can connect one item at the time, so if you connect it to you watch or head unit, than it will not connect to your pc or tablet. So, you need to connect to the laptop or pc first, and then it should be ok. In the video, I had just explained that I tried to connect parallely the roller to the laptop and then to my watch, but it did not work, as it cannot broadcast it via two channels. But alone to zwift, if works fine. Should at least 😀
