Like others have said, quality over quantity. You have a life outside of CZcams and that takes precedence. I've been wearing my Shoogly Shed T shirts all over the place and had some interesting conversations. Yet to find another Schooglista (I know trying to think of another word for shoogle follower) but given I'm in NZ may take a while.

I had a RS250 in the early 80s. It wasnt very fast so a rebore is a good idea. Love your vids. Keep up the good work.

I agree with you that the CZcams algorithm is harsh but I for one enjoy your videos. I like the way you present them and the quality of the bikes you turn out. Quality over quantity for me 😉

Sadly unless you’re pumping out at least 2 episodes a week CZcams get bored with you because they can’t bleed you for advertising. I get your predicament, life is busy and time is precious. You deserve far more followers which will come through more videos but you need time for that to happen. I for one am always happy to see your name pop up on my notifications. Good luck Euan.

Nice. I watched the episodes as you progeressed. Nice quality video. You need to add some more footage showing prolonged shots of the whole bike. I know your displaying your incredible craftsmanship and detail, but show it all off as whole too. Stand back.....take a moment.......stare at it......every day.....every hour.......till your gf says it's , ' the bike or her'.

Hey euan watching this after fitting a koso on my fzs 600 cafe bike .ive wired the koso to all 3 lol swapped the 5v supplies off the koso ( i know different dash ) things driving me mental .did you find how many pulses from the standard front sensor as i suspect its the setting on the koso as its more of a faff than that one .cheers 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏍

Rebores get done at 0.25mm increments. Pistons are available at +0.25 , + 0.5mm , + 0.75mm and + 1.00mm. You don't just jump to + 1.00 because that's final size after that the barrell is scrap

I have one of these bikes and she runs like a dream. However, seeing what damage a loose cam chain can do is a worry. The general rule for these bikes, is a regular oil change. Keep them coming, very interesting.

At 5:25 you see how to destroy the new bearings….. why??????

Every time you said con-rod, I tried to think of a pun to comment about how the connecting rod is conning you, but no luck. So this is the comment you get instead.

Should you do an ft500 engine swap from a donor bike… im still looking for a bits and pieces from that same bike for my BJ-scrambler-cx-500-replica-thingy….
