I have Quazillion of those stamps dont even bother to check them out because I know they have been filtered from hand to hand is usa them dumped in auction sites then bouth by Europeans then filtered too by them then dumped in live auctions.

Hello I'm not for certain but I'm almost positive I might have this dark green Ben franklin 1 cent stamp.. there's noooo ink on the back, clean n just barely bigger than the other stamps when lined up with each other!?? Do u mind contacting me .. I have a few stamps.. including the Christopher Columbus just a couple from the set.. need help! Lol..

If you look at my profile picture here on youtube I'm holding a scott 596 and yes it's real believe it or not (: I am currently in talks with siegel actions but I'm a bit afraid to sell it as worth of them is only increasing, and yes I took it out of the case to take this photo but I have rarely held it only once or twice. If there is anyone interested in buying it hit me up or if you have questions about identifying yours. I should be able to help you. I know pretty much all there is about this stamp, since I wanted to make sure mine was the real thing before even bringing it to siegel actions attention.

My family have collected Stamps.before 1900 ,I have several 596 used a pair of unused 613 and many off that time Rotary perf 11my knowledge of these Rare Stamps .They were Printed and given to the Military,in Australia and on The Ships heading to Australia before and early in War Two.

One of my friends did a nice find few months ago. He attended from the Netherlands to a PSS meeting in America and bought some precancels, 1 with Racine precancel. Back home he thought something to see with the perforation. Got stamp certified, it's an 511a. It's a real transitional perf 10 at bottom with the first 3 perf holes at left perf 11.

Thank you guys . I have been a numismatic for over 40 years specializing in errors and variety coins. I find the same thing with a lot of my customers and people I deal with. They always think they found the big one unfortunately the stamp community and coin community run across this daily. With that being said, I have been enjoying stamps for about 15 years now and I have acquired a small collection a number of years ago that had 45 Chicago pre-canceled one cent. Also, being a garage machinist at best I do know how to use a digital caliper, so hopefully with that and a proper template, I myself will take my chance to see if I have one… lol

now im more confused. have a stamp collection from my step-grad father and have 11 of theses stamps some dark green ad some lighter, one has no perforation on top. i have one that looks perfect only one does not have paper stuck to the back

damn ive got one, i bought a Stamp Album with around 100 Stamps... at least 35 were these right here....does it have to be exactly the dark green color ??? because most of mines are in Dark Green color.
