Marvellous song, so funny , but just as marvellous is the way it reminds one of how it's mankind (not God as far as we can tell) who has given names to thousands and thousands of the things in the world. Allowing us to talk to each other about these things or even write funny songs about them.

This has has happened in real life. Bill Wyman was married to Mandy Smith. Bill Wymans son Stephen sas married to Bill Wymans mother in law. So Mandy Smith was Stephens step mother and his step daughter. He was also his fathers step father in law. Due to his wife being the mother of his step mother who was also his step daughter, he was his own step grandfather.
