He did it so he could show his parents the stars from the 3rd dimension, which only he could see. Thats why it says he has a strange eye I think. So he ended up cracking his own dimension in half trying to open the third dimension, which maybe was why he was trying to turn the 3rd dimension strange so it would be a fit environment for him and possibly a new family or friends. This is just my brain, but I know the stars part is true.

this video isn't lore accurate, we don't know for sure when bill destroyed euclydia, and also normal euclideans have eyes on their sides because euclydia is 2-dimensional.

1. The Book never tells us when Bill destroyed Euclydia, and I never implied that he did at a certain point in time. 2. The most we see of the Euclydians is static images of Bill’s mother and father, so their designs are completely up to our interpretations. For all we know, I could’ve gotten it perfectly, or completely wrong. But who cares? Just an animation :)

Thats not confirmed! :) The only information we have is that Bill’s eye is mutated and can see towards the third dimension, but that doesn’t mean his parents had a different number of eyes :)

@@Donolf_Hitump Same thing happens with Bill multiple times in the show (before getting his physical form) :) it’s not accurate to what “2D” should be but it seems that Euclydians do have some “width.” It’s just a stylistic choice rlly
