I don't have a CO2 engraver so I can't comment. I know with some of the more difficult coatings, my fiber laser has no issues cutting through with no cleaning afterwards.

I think you would benefit from casting an epoxy mandrel for the various cups that you mark. It would save you most of the time you spend handling the workpieces. like 90%.

I have 2 quick questions. 1. What does the focal length do? I guess if you have an automatic focal adjustment it moves the head, but if you don't, does it actually do anything? 2. Are you using a fiber or an RF? I have an RF and always have to clean it with LA's finest and its a pain in the butt!

Once you have your settings set for a Yeti 30 oz, can you just save those settings are a profile? On some of the US built machine's custom software, it seems easier to use in that you can just select your product and go. Thoughts on this? Thx much

Morning , I’m new to all this but have purchased a laser and a rotary piece I use the same program that you use but for the life of me I can not make it work using an image !! Works perfectly when I just input text but when I copy customers logs onto the program, then got to rotary mark . Press f2 nothing happens at all!! Driving me insane , but I’m self taught watching your videos. Is there anywhere I can go for training in the uk?

Do you have a video on your F3 parameters? Cause once I engrave it once and go to redo it ....it rotates 3/4th of the way back and ruins my engraving.... It sometimes will not rotate and I have to line my rotary with the lighting cause I can't move it once I'm in the rotary mark

So this setting works pretty well for me but between each split there is a roughly .5 mm space that is not engraved. Any thoughts on how to eliminate these? I've had this thing for a year now and these have been the best setting so far but the image is still not coming out at a level of quality that I feel could be sold to my club members.

Hello there,I've watch your video a couple times to understand some of the main priorities as dimensions, width and height for when you engrave the LOGO, i heard that usually you have to match you hatch dimension ( 0.02 for example ) to your split in order to make it run and engrave properly, and do as many passes as necessary to have a good finish, my question is i follow those steps very carefully but for some reason on some of my logos i end up with a split mark, do you ever change the focus length ? or your parameters when you click on the rotary tab ? if you would have time to do a team viewer of course with your cost time, please let me know, i would be very interested on paying for your services and help, maybe is something small I'm missing but who knows ☺ ngneersan@hotmail.com that's my e-mail if you can help thanks
