How to replace the headlight bulbs on an Audi A4 B8, 2010 model.
A blown bulb is the most common cause of the "right/left dipped headlight" error warning.
Tools used:
Ratcheting socket wrench, with extension and T25 Torx socket.

Fixing deep scuffs / curb rash on my alloy rims

All four wheels on my Audi had some nasty looking curb rash, so I decided to sand them down and do a repaint. I recorded the whole procedure for the last wheel and compressed it down to a 12 min clip.

Removing minor scratches in car paint permanently

This is how I remove scratches from my car - the quickest and easiest way. Bear in mind, this method only works if the scratches are in the upper (clear coat) layer of the paint.

In this video I'm taking a look at all the basic parts under the hood of my car. Their location, what are they called, what are they doing and what goes where inside the engine bay. I'm also showing you how to do some basic regular maintenance. The car is a 2003 Audi A6 C5, 4B2. Engine: 1.9 TDi PD (96kw/129bhp), engine code: AVF.
If im doing this my soot mass measured is increasing and calculating is falling.
Where is the control unit located, is it only one?

People need to get their sound descriptors correct. That's s vibrating noise, not a rattle.
I have this on an Audi a3 saloon 2015 1.4 tfsi 150bhp. Comes on between 1800-1900k revs.

Check your timing chain tensioner , Try clean your throttle body, or replace a new one , i had the same issues like these before ,
saw that sh1tty black plastic and knew it was a jeep or a bishi

Cheers lad, have the bulbs, was just wondering if it be hardship or not. That is handy.
Timing chain issues cause this sound. My car does the same thing. Could be a combination of your motor mounts causing vibration also. This is what my issues are and it sounds exactly like this, but only when I’m at idle and stopped.

Why did Audi make it so difficult to change a simple bulb? Like damn. Could have easily just made it so your hand fits inside the housing without having to remove the entire assembly
You don't need to remove the unit at all
Only probs is everything is done like this on audis. Just brainless ppl there. Audi is junk, from a point of mechanics view. This is intentional. How do you change a bulb on the side of the road? You dont, you go to the closest audi dealership🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮

Had to pay £10 at Halfords to get this done . The guy never used any spanner’s took him less than 5mins .😮

Mine didn't come out like that! Had to remove more screws break some plastic and swear a lot
Update for everyone: I have found this problem is related to the bonnet stay. Mine was missing its grommet and causing the front bumper to rattle. Try removing it

Try removing the bonnet stay. I found this to be the problem
Huge thank you for the video mate, would you mind telling me where the engine coolant temp sensor would be located?
Have the same noise at rpm 1100. The noise occurs at reverse or driving. Crawled under the car, front exhaust pipe is shaking and front engine mount is also bad. Not sure what is happening. Will change the front engine mount, seems easy and the part is $30.

@@fahadabid My radiator has leak at the edge between plastic piece and aluminum. Somehow my problem was resolved mysteriously after I replace my radiator. Diagnostic is really hard. My local dealer ask $225 to diagnose it.

Used it to pinch the clamp. My fingers ard too thick 😉

Been looking everywhere for the G31 sensor on my 2014 Audi Q5 2.0 Quattro engine still cant find it lol 😂
Is that the MAP sensor? Should be somewhere between the intercooler and the intake manifold.

No, you have to do the same procedure over again.

No, the oil level is shown in MMI.
I have excessive mount of oil in my engine. Where can i shove the hose inside the engine and start sucking oil? And for US citizens. Euro model don't have old skool dip/oil stick.
You can't. Use the drain plug on the oilpan, beneath the engine.

I just did this job and it was easy thanks with to this video. The fasteners are all T30 though.
I have this same exact, to a tee noise in my car, can only do it in drive and won't do it in park. It's been driving me crazy for months

@InattentiveADHB never had luck but that car had a cvt transmission, and our new car also had a cvt and we're getting the same noise, so im thinking it has to do with that.
@@thegreendank1 Oh. I have a variation of a CVT so I can’t rule that out for mine, however, I have come to found that the heat-shield on my exhaust was loose and needed re-shaping/replacing. Have you tried looking at something similar?
