Whether Woody did anything to the other kids or not, the fact that he did what he did to Soon Ye as a young teenager, father figure or not, was completely effed up. They're still together but she was groomed very young so that's not all that surprising. Mary Kay Latornneau also stayed with her young man until the bitter end - STILL was never right

I just started watching reruns on the AXS channel. Never realized what a great show it really was. The characters are more realistic than tbe Brady Bunch. Also, songs are better than most today. Never understood the point of Tracey, she also looked scarey to me.

I had a crush on her character on Silver Spoons back in the day. Health and happiness to her and her family.

The first time I saw the original MASH movie, a Jeep was heard beeping. It was exactly the same as that made by the Roadrunner. Tell me that isn't coincidence. I watch Looney Tunes on Boomerang at 2:00 AM and frequently see ones that predate me (I'm 75).

He was also in the Marines before his acting career started. I remember him from "My Favorite Martian", when I was 6 years old when it started. I never saw "Courtship" until reruns because we lived in the country and could not get the channel it was on. But, I loved "The Magician" and, of course, the coup de grace, Dr. David Banner. Bixby was a very underrated actor who was great at his craft.

No one hated Genesis in the 70s. Where did you get that idea? Genesis up until Steve Hackett left in 1977 were prog rock geniuses. The albums after that were mainly Pop pablum, but throughout the majority of the 70s they were amazing and well-loved. 🙄🙄

mama cass was taken out by a ham sandwich which she tried to consume in a single swallow. the sandwich was said to have been so massive, cass had to dislocated her jaw to fit the whole thing in her mouth. rip mama cass

Mama Cass (Ellen Cohen) died in a London hotel room by choking to death trying to gobble down a big chicken sandwich too fast. A few years later revisionist fans tried to deny it insisting she died of something else , believing that her passing in this way somehow denigrated her memory. NO, it was the chicken sandwich, lets stick to the facts and not sugar coat it rewriting history. I was in London at the time working in a clinic as a nurse and I personally spoke with the medical examiners. In any case, it doesn't matter, she was a star, a fine Jewish girl, and a great performer.

Funny how much of this cast battled alcohol drugs and addiction and the cast of the Walton's did not and hardly any cast of little house on the prairie did makes you wonder what type of environment that series was for young people

Censorship in some cases has gone too far “to protect the children” and certain ethnic groups. I think most children realize that falling off a cliff, getting run over by a truck, car or train would have devastating results, as well as mishandling explosives. The other Warner Brothers character that has fallen victim to the censorship axe is a little mouse known as “Speedy Gonzales” . All of the humor the creators put into these whimsical characters is pure slapstick and pure visual humor at its best. So, let us enjoy the creative genius of a bygone era, and quit being so thin skinned for a while and have a good laugh or two.
