If you watch any nutritional breakdowns it’s literally a scam. Too much potassium and not enough sodium to be a hydration drink. Potassium literally makes you more thirsty and sodium is in things like liquid IV and Gatorade, actual hydration drinks to balance out the massive amounts of water in it. Without enough sodium your body, too much water when you’re already severely dehydrated can literally kill you lol.
