      Hey Wendy! What foods are you eating at the moment? Your thyroid is dependent on your liver, 80% of your T4 hormones are converted in your liver. Try and fix your liver and support your adrenals for better thyroid function, also avoid gluten, gluten destroys your thyroid!!( I’m speaking from own experience) Going on a Keto diet really helped both my liver and thyroid.

      @@NabilKetoCoach-jf2fj I'm not on keto diet which I wish I was a long time ago after looking into it my diet is not good but I'm slowly changing that day by day you are so wonderful I'm so glad I'm very grateful for every input that you have and I did not know that about my liver maybe that's why my thyroid is not working correctly two or three years ago they said I had a fatty liver because I don't drink alcohol or anything but suddenly the past 2 months they diagnosed me with Graves disease and high blood pressure first of all I was hypo then now hyperthyroidism after taking the ( levithoxin) they told me to stop after 2 months bc now that meds making me hyperthyroidism if that makes sense I'm so grateful to have found you 🙏❤️💯

      Yes I’d try and get my hands on homeopathic medicine which is natural ingredients , it’s really effective. I personally tried it and wow, huge difference. Dandelion tea can be great and you should analyze your symptoms if they’re getting better. The most important thing for liver is to lower your sugars, avoid seed oils such as soy oil, canola oil, rapeseed oil etc. Make cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, kale , radishes and cabbage your best friend , but you should consume Sea kelp or take an iodine supplement with it because cruciferous vegetables eaten in larger amount can deplete iodine which is an essential mineral for proper thyroid function!

      @@wendy8561 Don’t worry, your liver can take a lot of beating and it has the ability to heal and function again. As long as you try your best you can feel at rest. Avoid fructose, and a lot of starches and try fasting and I pray that you’ll get better!
