Siouxsie and the Banshees known for some of the best 80s music hits and most influential female lead singers out of all punk rock bands. Known to create the best female rock songs, non-stop new wave and 80's greatest collection of british rock hits.
London musical artists siouxsie and the banshees were a post punk pop group with one of the top female rock singers who revolutionised 1980s style clothing and created the goth subculture in Britain.
Siouxsie and the Banshees are Siouxsie Sioux, Steve Severin, Robert Smith, Budgie, Kenny Morris, John McKay, John McGeoch and even included Pistols Sid Vicious for a one night performance at the London 100 club.

I'm from Mexico and britpop is the genre I was listening during my teenage years in the mid 90's, this music had a huge impact on me, one of the reasons I started listening to this music was because it had all that Beatles vibes, like you just described it. I think your video explains very well what that cool britannia thing was all about. Glad to find this video, cheers!

I think the impact britpop had was actually bigger in Latin America than in the US, at least that is my perception. Oasis fame was massive, they started everything. Then came blur, Pulp, and The Verve. I would say those were the most famous and influential at the time, Supergrass, Kula Shaker or Elastica had some small hits too, yeah.. good times!!
