You look fabulous! I’m on the fence! Is it a necessary evil? My skin seemed to age overnight after turning 50. It took a hit on my self esteem. However I do respect women who bare all…don’t do Botox and are naturally and normally beautiful! It takes courage in this day and age to be yourself, with all the fake faces out there who look unnaturally young, it’s easy to get swept away with the latest Botox and filler trend. I’m writing this as I just left my Botox clinic 5 minutes ago 🙃! I think going forward I’ll just have less and less done until I get back to my natural state, so it’s not so glaringly obvious. I think it's all about the amount of Energy you put into Talking. I put almost None in, because it makes my throat sore to vary the intensity and the Intonation in my Voice. It's hard for me to hit the High Notes anyway, so I keep to the Same Tone !!! It makes People Laugh if I say something Funny without changing the Pitch of my Voice !!!

It is an affectation, mostly done for attention, I have had appointments with gay doctors and not one of them came over all "drama queen." At it's extremes it is very snide and cruel but for the most part can be humorous. Most of the gay people I have worked with and became close friends to don't "mince". The over the top mannerisms and quasi valley speak becomes boring very quickly and is not exactly suitable for "serious discussion" when out for dinner eg. It is hard to take someone seriously who is constantly "camping it up", but hey ho, to each his/her own, mince away but don't expect me to be impressed/shocked by it.

Part of it would just have to be from socialization with other gay people or through absorbing gay culture through media right? Else theres no way that so many gay people from so many different backgrounds, cultures, cities, etc would land on the same accent.

I got a sample at ULTA and dug the wrapper out of the garbage the next morning because I couldn’t believe how soft my skin was. Bought the products and I am so in love!! My under eyes are less crepey for sure! I also have a hollowing that seems to be less visible now. Probably from the hydration plumping up my skin.

Genetics? Curious, I’m the ONLY one in my family that has enlarged pores on my nose. Everyone else is “pore-free”!! I’ve never had it as a child. with that being said, I believe this product is helping me. Just praying it’s not temporary as in my case definitely not genetic, just unlucky since my teens.
