Some of the best memories I've created over the years have been the result of slaving away over a meal that gets shared with friends and family. In this age of technology the dinner table is one of the last few places where everyone puts their phones down to connect again as humans. It's these moments that justify the effort that goes into making the meal and that effort is just another way of showing people some love. We started this channel in hopes of inspiring more people to grill or barbecue at home, to slow down the pace of life for just a brief moment and to create your own memories with family & friends. Thanks for being part of this community!

I don't understnad how is gas grilling more convenient? First off, a gas grill is much more expensive to buy, then you gotta buy a gas bottle and refill it, meanwhile a charcoal grill is better and cheaper?
2mim vid dragged out to 10. Unnecessarily 😵💫
Holy heck thats dudes dialogue was so loud you could barely hear gordon
American all the way!
You might be tasting the crust from the previous 50 steaks you grilled on there.
Diamond kosher all the way
cute kid! how do you reheat it? Whats the best way without compromising the texture too much?
Grill marks don't make a steak taste good, they are something people are used to seeing on photos. Try flipping the steak all over next time and leave it on the grill to get a nice deep brown crust instead of the corpse like grey.
That is exactly how I make mine. The only thing I don't do is wrap mine in paper. Maybe I'll try that. Everything else I do the way you show. Soooooo Gooood !!!! It was 93 degrees outside Thursday and I was outside on my griddle making cheese steaks. Gotta have the Whiz. No bell peppers. No red sauce.
I got Finex because of the design aesthetic. I hope I can pass it along to my son one day.
What are the recognized standards for sashimi grade fish
That thkng is fking alive
Onde encontro a receita escrita? Obrigada
Now I’m starving. I have a 19.9 pound choice Costco packers brisket being prepped for Saturday meal. I think cap down is my choice.
Thank you! Great comparison video. I definitely prefer low and slow for solid bark and perfectly rendered far creating a tender and juicy brisket.
O M F G
Was thinkin of this but 500$ is way 2 much 4 outdated everything
THANK YOU! This is what ive been looking for!! 😂😂😂🎉🎉
Overcooked
Why wouldn't you just use tallow only and skip using the oil?
A bit too rare for my taste but I always grill my steaks frozen
"Keep it on indirect until the temperature of the steak hits 200." Why not just throw it directly into a volcano?? Jesus.
What is the temperature of your fridge? Won’t steaks go bad in it after 48 hours?
Video game music
10 out of 10
Obviously dude knows how to do this - but 130^F seems really high for it to come out that pink. For it to be that color rested I'd think you'd be pulling it at like 115-120^F. No?
Want to do that very soon!
This might be a stupid question, but does using these techniques on a USDA prime steak make it better?
How much yield do you get per KG of trimmings?
Pulled too late. Carry over cooking while they rested put you past med rare.
How long do you think a 2kg dry aged rib roast will need on the Kamado Joe?
7:29 “Just drag your steak across the surface.” Instructions unclear. My steak is now seasoned in gravel…
Gordon: to wet you doughnut!
Am I right in thinking you can’t adjust the height while cooking? i.e. you have to remove the spit/skewer first?
Okay, i dislike mushrooms butbthe lagavulin in ot got me interested
I don't think an hour is long enough, that steak is extremely wet on the surface.
I always cook my Ribeye in the liquid gold... sometimes i make gravy, or fry hash Browns, tasty
I did an hour or two dry brine once and felt like it was only enough time to draw out the moisture but, not enough to take it and the salt back in.
Hey you’re Canadian! Not Texan
Lodge all day long!
great video, but turn off the background music. It is too loud and is very distracting. I couldn't watch the whole video without fast forwarding because of it.
Great video! But remember all natural doesn’t mean food safe. Look for surface cleaners specifically rated for food contact surfaces!
Deep fried steaks… no thanks
Pineapple is awesome. 90 minute soak MAXIMUM. Most cheap cuts I use soak for 60 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Pat dry. Season. Then grill.
You didn't mention what happened to the deckle on the nontrimed brisket. Did you have to carve around it as you thought you would?
Parle trop blaaaaablaaaaaaaaa
Now i cant wait to clean my grill, I didnt even use it last year
My blood pressure increased just from watching this video. Way too much sodium, very bad for your health.
