A video of my 1994 Manual J-Spec Supra that I imported myself in 2016, self customized while keeping the original look. I will post a clip of me driving it when I've completed the VVTi GTE Swap later.

Sounds like a 1jz/RB now. Perfect!
Can’t wait to hear it mic’d up when driving
wtf man i wonna make my derby the same
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Friend of my have enduro and supermoto version of this bike also 90cc with italkit this is a foooookn rocket 🫡🥹❤️🔥
good preparation and a lot of work 🦾🦾,but it doesn't work for travel 🤔
Yes, the previous Airsal 80cc setup was much more better to drive on the street for longer 80km/h roadtrips with more low/midend torque. But I mostly drove around the same town just enjoying the powerband and the setup lasted for 6000km+ with the next owner.
fuel consumption?
A lot
Die kupplung greift auf vollgas nicht
Das öl war einfach schlecht. Am ende des videos hört man, dass es nach dem aufwärmen gut funktioniert.
What engine is that?
Derbi D50B0
hello friend do u need to rebuild motor often or no?
Nope if everything is correctly done. I had some issues on the beginning of the build with the crankcases because the crankshaft bearings were not fully tight on the worn out housing and that caused the piston to slowly hit the head and the piston ring got stuck few times without damage. But after sleeving the housings and re-gapping the piston ring groove(to get the ring unstuck), I drove it with 0 issues for 2000km until I sold it the next owner and he drove 5000km+ easily with the setup.
@@-JX- would you recommend this type of bike for daily use?
@@lunatikas140 Remember, more power = more maintenance. If you have knowledge how these engines work and what kind of service they require and how to keep them running then yes. I ran mine daily. But if you don't know that much and just need a trouble free setup, get Airsal 80cc (the normal one with 2 piston rings). That thing will be bulletproof with proper crankshaft and good oil and proper carb settings.
@@-JX- well you see i have a 125cc 2t right now (for enduro and stuff) but soon im turning 15 and i want something street legal with simiral amount of power.
Do you recommend buying vforce reeds? I have read that a lot of vforce3 reeds tend to brake which is not that nice since it’s quite expensive
The reeds lasted for about a year, you can just cut new reeds from a carbonplate and it won't be that expensive.
@@-JX- okay and which ones did you have?
@@anglofil5489 I had the TPR VForce3 made for AM6, I modified the holes slightly to make it fit Derbi D50B0
@@-JX- did they make a big difference?
@@anglofil5489 Unsure, I changed a lot of parts at the same time. But they didn't limit atleast.
Lol your clutch can't even hold it
That's one bad tuned carburator
Show your tune. The power range is very limited at these type of engines and it will bog on certain throttle positions if you make it leaner at middle. As you can hear, it screams fine when used in the power range the engine was designed for. My 80cc set had a lot more lower torque and it was a lot more streetable due to the characteristics of it's ports. It did not sound raspy like this does at down low/mid.
alffa
clutch is half gone but good engine
It was fine, just oil going bad and causing the slipping when cold. Next owner used the same clutch setup for 5000km.
When i put sport 90cc on aprilia rx50 (its same monotr minareli) it can be fast like this?
If you use quality parts like I did and you modify the block, you can get the same result/very close result. Not sure about "sport 90cc", you need a race spec cylinderkit and crankshaft.
you let out the clutch with 3 fingers? why? btw amazing bike, love it!
People even use their clutch? I only use it to start and 1st to 2nd.
@@raybla haahahaah high end people be like :
@@ekion. I wouldn't really call a Derbi drd pro and a Husqvarna wr 125 high end. But it basically works on anything.
@@raybla well if you ride only on streets then you basically need just 2 gears, then u basically told me that you just ride slow
@@ekion. that makes no sense at all. Unless youre talking about 600cc+ street bikes.
i would be appreciated if you could post specs of your bike in English 🙏🙏
Description has full specs in English.
@@-JX- ok thx
wow 105kmh per under 10 seconds 😲
Paljos tälläsessä settissä on heppoja 350hv?
380-440hp riippuen ahtopaineasetuksesta. Suuttimien asetukset rajoittivat videon aikana kun oli väärät datat, ecu luuli bensansaannin loppuvan vaikka varaa oli.

Nice build , can u give us links to buy the same or simular parts that make this performance?
Sure, checkout Scootfast. :)
Hinnat pompanneet absillisissa manuaali vapareissa jo yli 20k luokkaan Japanin puolella kysynnän takia.

I have a RX 50 with a 90cc pushes 60MPH what tooth sprocket are you using? EDIT: Ordered a 94CC ITALKIT Italkit crankshaft VFORCE 3 REEDS Stage6 30mm carb all ball bearings bottom end polini seals And now she hits around 90odd I guess I had a cheap Ebay 90cc kit lol
he's using 15 teeth sprocket in front and 53 rear
ZachosKam _ I’m using 14/55
It's not always about the placement, ports and flow are more important. Those cheap ebay kits have quite low exhaust & transfer port timings that tend to make the cylinder have more tame power range and less high end power.
60 mph with 90cc :D

I don't want to brag, but i've driven this car ;) And it's a beauty!
Oliko toi koson mittari vaikee asentaa derbii?
What jet for the pwk 28mm carb having problems any help
They're in the description but, Mainjet 148, Idlejet 58. This all depends on your setup, I recommend starting from a bigger jet and trying smaller jets if it's running rich.
Starts but cuts out straight away had a 21mm carb now has a pwk 28mm race carb jet size unknown

Thank you. :)
Get a voca racing 90
I didn't have cash for that back in the days. I already sold the bike. :(
+Janttux ohh, but Why did you sell it?
Because I needed cash for a car. I began building this bike on 2012 and finished it in 2016 with this setup and looks. Now I'm hunting after a Toyota Supra and going to improve it's performance as much as I can. :)
+Janttux ok :)
