I got a m720s sff Lenovo office PC. It has an i5 8400 with a 256gb m.2 and 8gb ddr4 memory. It now has a new case and a cheap used 1070ti. I'm only in about 300usd

for all that dont need front Audion and stil want to clear the error of front Panel error the USB 3 works whit standart converter the usb 2 is a 1 to 1 in a smaler size so ther you need toi splise cabels same for for fron audio but if you take the front audio cabel cut it 2.5 CM up the wire remove all cabels from plug - the black Loop wier that is the ground to case that annules the front panel errore good luck shaer to all recycle for life PS: sorry for the spelling

Thanks for the case swap videos- one thing to note, I have both 3020 and 3010 SSF and they swapped right into gaming cases. The HD Audio and front USB fit with no adapter, and I just used the factory power switch although it’s the same 5 pin as the full tower so the adapter kit would work fine. Also it’s worth noting that the 3010 comes with a 24 pin motherboard power connector so you don’t even need to use an adapter.

just did the setup and realized it's not switching them to my main monitor like yours is! how do i do this??? i've attached the laptop and pc to the monitor directly but it's still only leaving my PC display up. How do I fix this?

Came here after the fact, I put a 4080 and 1000w Asus PSU in a friends PC today (Corsair 750W originally), the cables slotted in the same, but the wire pinout in the cables was wrong, PC wouldn't turn on, LUCKILY the PSU has a overvoltage/shortcircuit shut-off feature. So gals and guys, always check with a multimeter!

Brand new mobo I just purchased the board lights up but nothing turns on swapped ram tested the power supply that works swapped gpu as well been at it for a week nothing has worked I fear the worst but don’t want to believe the cpu died this was supposed to be a simple case swap and ram upgrade it has turned into a nightmare im not believing that a brand new mobo is DOA!!! 😡🤦🏾‍♂️😫

2024 and I just put together a Steam "console" with a FX6300/16gb ram combo that I saved from a sad dirty old gaming PC that I bought for the 1050ti, to flip. It had a newer 500GB Evo 870 SSD and a Black Hyper 212. I scored a RX560 for $10 a block away (rarely ever happens on FBMP). This makes a next to free Steam console build, boots right into Big picture mode. I just need to find a cheap case now, like the one in the vid. I love budget builds. I hate to hear "I can't afford a PC, PC gaming costs $1000 minimum." ....you can get a past gen console experience with practically free parts, with a upgrade path. I love find uses for old parts as well, it's like a big useful puzzle.

P/S You know the M93p and the P300 Are the same board. Go figure.

Next time, Bend the low 3 tabs on the I/O plate. The mobo will hold the plate in. Done the Case swap more times than you are years old. I'm 75 Oct this year
