Girl I need answers. How do all long hair natural have this long, loose stretched twist out look? They wear it more often in videos than the mini twist they talk about lol. Does it only last a day or two in between washes? What about the ends in these loose long twist outs. My waist is above my waist from twists and I’ve been wanting to try out this look but I’m unsure

Hi, I've just discovered your channel and you seem to know a lot about hair. The hair type system by André Walker doesn't seem to be scientific nor really standardized, e.g.: 1.) Why should "4a" and "4c" be coiled, while the size "4b" between them must be zig-zag-shaped? 2.) Why is there no zig-zag-shape around 3a to 3c? 3.) Which are the actual diameters (in mm or inch) of the various coil sizes, e.g. of 4c? Below which coil diameter is it "4c"? 4.) Shall the hair type be measured in its "shrunken" state or in a certain humidity? Do you know a better system?

Yess I used to work next to a dirt road and I was so puzzled why my hair was itchy all the time. Jesus had to give me a whole dream to show me that it was because of all the dirt in the air within that area…. Now my hair is doing better since we’ve moved away

Can you make a video with more details about why you stopped steaming please? I have questions! So it that the same for steamers in the salon? Is it damaging to wear conditioner in the steam room at the gym after a workout or will it be okay as long as a hair is protected with a shower cap? Should we only deep condition with dry heat only (heat cap)? Any advice (Dos and Don'ts) for when steam rooms? How does all of this apply to saunas??? I would agree with the end statement. Not everything is internalized hate of some sort. People have lives and preferences and experiences that aren’t inherently colored by race. I think unstyled/messy hair looks unkept on every race. Putting some effort into visibly styling your hair is my preference. Wanting to look a way that makes you feel comfortable isn’t internalized racism lol. I think we can all have certain preferences or standards for ourselves. I would think that’s good for anyone to have 🤷🏾‍♀️

I recently found out that the thalassemia trait caused my low iron and microcytic anemia. Like your client, I am a "good natural" whose 4C curls cannot catch a break 😅. Thank you for recognizing such a rare genetic disorder. This video came into my life at a very sensitive time. I am American and Southern (where the people are still color-struck and perpetrate texturism). Despite my setbacks, I have proudly nurtured my hair to show that MY 4C hair is valid. Having such a unique experience with my hair and health is still a bit frustrating.
