Someone/something born from a desperate situation that acts as the avatar on Earth to someone who's presence would be too noticable. Like Zetsu was trying to get her free and get her the ten tails, if Orochimaru IS the manifestation of Shibai's will his goal could be something that requires every jutsu or perfect knowledge of curse marks. Like what if, in becoming a god, Shi ai was granted actual omnipotence (not the jutsu) he could have foreseen a world where if everyone is at the same level of power and knowledge then there'd be no need for war. From Oklahoma. This was an amazing documentary. I lived through all of these. The 2003 came the closest to me as I was working in Moore at the time. I absolutely refuse to live in a home without a tornado shelter. Gary England is a legend here. Growing up watching him, he was always unflappable. The calm voice of reason in times of terror. The May 3rd 1999 tornado however, changed him. He used to always say "don't panic. Get to your safe spot". On this day however, I distinctly remember him just say "If you don't get underground you are going to die. Safe spot won't cut it this time ". I had trusted England my whole life to calmly tell me what was happening during the storm, and on that day he was shook. It's strange to outsiders, but our meteorologists have local celebrity status here.

I was in nashville for the 2019 tornado.. stayed in a hotel downtown and got some pretty incredible footage as it destroyed electric transformers on its way into the city. Didnt realize until after that i probably shouldnt have been so close to the window!!
