Mini Chopper Restoration
This is mini chopper restoration for my son. He's 7 but alredy riding pocket race bike and pocket dirt bike. He like my Harley and I decided to make similar to him.
I bought frame from internet. Engine is brand new. Cluctch and rear sprocket from internet. I found second hand electric starter kit and install to the engine. Rest of all parts are made by myself.
Enjoy. Bulent

I made one stratocaster for a long time ago. I saw this guitar while I was surfing on internet. I had a lefty guitar neck and some other guitar parts from my old projects. Nice, I have a short scale neck at home I think I'll try to do something similar
Start by getting a quality shovel. LMAO
Where can I get a flat shovel like the one in the video. I want to build my own, but all the shovels I see on Amazon have a lot of curvature. Your shovel is relatively flat, which makes this all much easier.
Totally pointless ...you still have to lug an amplifier arround buy a 3/4 size acoustic much lighter and will sound better
It can be done in 4 hours..czcams.com/video/P_jQUUJEYq8/video.htmlsi=DFZm_CJwVNDxp-F0
Headphone amps are tiny.
Very well done
quick question, is there a reason for the pickup to be a that distance ? can it be closer to the neck ?
Hi, I made it according to the internet photos. You can change position. But I believe you cannot move it to closer because of peg's cavity
That’s soo cool! GoodJob😊👍
Three years later.... Nice job!
I did one in 4 hours: czcams.com/video/P_jQUUJEYq8/video.htmlsi=DFZm_CJwVNDxp-F0
so does the amp fold up ???
Genius...
Hi mate can u help me please be much appreciated 🙏
Hi bro what kind a help you needed
@@bulentuysalertr with flashing a ninbot dash bored I can't figure out how to open openocd any help be much appreciated 👊
Almost exactly the same as my late 90's Traveler Pro series. On my tail tuner builds, I leave the shoulders of the headstock on (so you can hang it up), do a simple string through above the nut, and use steel rod stock for a zero fret or use a Floyd Rose locknut (technically overkill).
Doing one, actually, two. Not so basic on the second. That's for the picture show and zero lessons.
how does it sound tho?
Why didn't you give us measurements to work with?
Hi this is standard electric guitar measurements you can find many drawings on internet. Also it depends on your shovel lenght. www.omnicalculator.com/other/fret you can use this link and type your scale it will automatically calculate fret measurements. Only strings and tunings are different. A(5) - D(4) - G(3). acords G-D-G. Regards
What are the measurement pls 🥺
This standard electric guitar measurements you can find many drawings on internet. just strings and tunings are different
what is the name of the part that u use to roll string at the back of the guitar?
I did those parts on my lathe you can see at the video time 5:17 thanks
The repetitive shite music is killing me.
You may change video any time ...
I own a Traveler guitar, and yes, I see that you made an exact copy of one. But maybe you should have talked to someone who owns one before doing so. 1) The wrap-around tension wheels cause it to be difficult to tune, because you have to turn the tuner half a turn before it starts to affect the pitch, and then if you overshoot, you have to turn it half a turn in the other direction. 2) Having the tuners on the back side means that the ends of the strings, if not trimmed perfectly flush, will end up poking the player in the belly and snagging their shirt. Aside from that, it's a great guitar, but considering these things, I think a better guitar to copy to make a great travel guitar would be a Steinberger. It uses tuners at the bottom of the body and avoids these problems, and is no longer overall than the Traveller.
I too own one, and I trained many, many, years ago as a traditional violin maker. TBH I don't experience any difficulties with the tuners position, although it can be awkward to reach the buttons; and once, once, in over 40 years of guitaristing: I had the top E snap, whip back... and cut my finger! If I was to redesign one, I agree, I'd probably be looking at something like Schaller saddle mount tuners, just a neater solution all round.
I have a late 90's Traveler Pro series, a Steinberger "GL" type clone, and a Steinberger "GM" type clone. I've built both Steinberger and tail tuner type guitars. Any lack of responsiveness in the Traveler may be due to the material used for the wrap-around wheels - or age. The Steinberger "R" type trem is a great unit, but much heavier than non-locking tuners. For nohead builds, I use Steinberger "R" type trems (Overlord of Music brand, $31 on Ebay), or tail tuners with no wrap-around (for non-trem builds).
YOU are hired! Take a business trip to X (unspecified location) and you can tell them the details of setting up the factory, duplicating your super well-done! vid. (if U did it, triple kudos!). Skilled craft! Love it! The lathe pieces are cool! (...gonna ask my bro-in-law, a luthier, if he's got any necks...)
Nice job and very inspiring video :) Cheers!
Excellent. Impressive professional looking construction. Great job!
Wow thanks alot for your possitive feedback
Bravo!
I'd just buy one from Justin Johnson...collectors item.
question is how to make a headphone jack with it same with guitar pedals so they can be more portable
Good looking guitar, but hard to watch the video with all zoom transitions and repetitive soundtrack.

What type of bike frame is that ?
Hi mini chopper bike frame you can search internet
So you made an exact copy of the "Ultra-Light Electric Travel Guitar" designed and manufactured by The Travel Guitar Company, maybe you should give them some credit. You can purchase it at The Guitar Center music store for under $300.
czcams.com/video/0SSveGAOsdU/video.html reserch?
Yes! Credit where due
Dude, it looks like The Tripper by Stranough Guitars Indonesia. Check it out.

Fantastic vid . Great tip on supporting the tuning pegs with wood blocks.
Once you cut the hole for the pickup, did you find it flexed to much?
Dear Ken if you buy such shovel you'll realize how strong it is. Its hardened material, even if you dont have tungsten drill bit regular bits burning :)
Pls what is the gear ratio you are using
Hi clutch side has 11 teeth and wheel side has 46 teeth approx 1:4 ratio regards

Where did you get the body template?
What are the exact measurements on rear sprocket?
Did you find out lol
Hi, nice work. Can I ask what did you do with the clutch lever? Does it shift without it? Thanks.
How'd you the rear wheel off? I can't fit a socket or wrench it's too tight
hi there are 2 type of sockets. one has thinner edge for bolt. the thick one wont fit frame gap ;). good luck
@@bulentuysalertr thank you. I managed to get the rear wheel off but I can't figure out what is causing the drum brake to lock up the rear wheel. Any idea what it could be?
Chris Ortiz hi good news. I have no idea but sometimes rusty bearing will cause this. If you can find brass pipe or something use hammer and try to impact from inside out.
@@bulentuysalertr hey so I'm trying to paint everything and sanded down the original chrome plastics and the frame with a 120 grit sandpaper but nothing is sticking. I've used Rust-Oleum black enamel and krylon all surface but they both don't want to stick.
Chris Ortiz pls clean all parts with degreaser or acetone after sanding. Also use proper primer paint before main color good luck
Very good video Bulent. Great job on your build. A shovel guitar was going to be my first build but I found out about CBG's during research. Now for build #31 it will be a shovel guitar. Your video was very informative and I plan on copying it. Thanks!
Hi, Thanks for your comment. You can check travel guitar as well. Regards
Hi, awsome guitar build, i made a similar one from scraps mostly czcams.com/video/NCJGUpg19WE/video.html If you have coments or advice to make it look better and how to make a similar bridge from scratch it would be awsome
is the music done using this guitar?
Sounds more like an acoustic
Almost went cross eyed watching this... Great build, I bet shovel sails are up now. 👍
