We visited the beautiful village of Escomb where they have a 7th century Anglo Saxon church which is a grade 1 church and is 1 of 4 in complete in the country. We strolled and sketched around the picturesque nature reserve with its beautiful lake and stunning scenes.

She has hazel eyes like me and my hair...my daughter has dark brown eyes like her dad and my son has blue eyes like his granda xx yes Durham is such a beautiful place. @@margoslifenow4557 Hi Margo I have #fnd so it's a neurological condition that is very fickle and so it is difficult to make plans and symptoms just come on unexpectedly. I'm ill most of the time but doing these vlogs to share happy times however brief keep me going. Thankyou so much for your kind comment 😊 xxx

Could I ask what you eat in a day to help you lose weight
@@suelazuliclarke1162 I like boiled eggs on marmite toast for breakfast or porridge with blueberries and banana. Love Jacket potatoes...I spray oil on them before putting them in oven, but don't have butter on after. If I have chocolate or crisps, I'll just have a lighter meal ( like one egg instead of two or 1 slice of toast etc( so I can have them as I like the big bag of crisps lol. I like lots of chicken, salmon, tuna. I used to record my meals in earlier vlogs. I could do that again if you want as I still have a journal of what I eat in a day. That's helped me. Hope that's OK 👍 😊 thanks for watching xxx

@@mrsrsjournal5819 aw wow thankyou so much Judith. I think I talk and share so much about FND because there's so much stigma around it. I know people think I'm better if I can walk talk or think properly, but they don't realise how fickle it is. I struggle to use my phone to record my journey but it keeps me busy so keeps the mental health struggles at bay. It's also very lonely and doing these vlogs and seeing an encouraging comment makes me feel less isolated. I think you look great. Your vlogs have been very inspiring to me and I love your dogs name. Thankyou for being my social media mate, it really means alot 😊 xxx
@@lovefromrosecottage Keep spreading the word about FND, its important to get the message out there, especially about medical conditions that people don't understand. Mr R & I both have a few medical issues going on at the moment which appeared out of the blue for which we are currently backwards & forwards to various hospital appts etc for at the moment 🤦🏼♀️ I have so much going on in my head right now that I am not in the right headspace to start my vlogs up again at the moment but hope to sometime in the future 🙂 Take care & look after yourself my social media friend 😘 xx
