    A point to bring to the high chair...babies need support at their feet. Look for a foot rest for appropriate postioning during feeding

    Quite strange... some of the things you mentioned are actually very helpful with lots of benefits, like credit cards (if you know how to use them right), or Uber etc (unless you have a personal drive to pick you up from an airport, for example)..

    I am loving your video, but I am getting confused. My goal is to loose an amount of weight in 3 months. I can't work out once a week 3 hours, so, how does the 3 hours of deep work works for that specific kind of goal. Another example. I'm learning English, it is better when you study every day a little bit, lets say, 5 new vocabulary words every day. If you could help me to apply this two goals into the 12 week year, I would appreciate it. Im getting confused about the 3 hours deep work focus to execute the tactics.

    I think I could have an hour long conversation with you about this topic! I have no doubt symptoms of anxiety were dotted through my adolescence, however, it wasn't until after giving birth to my first child that I experienced my first panic attack. From there, I went on a journey through my twenties trying to navigate living with it and what my triggers were. Like I said, I could have a long conversation about this. Like you, I've implemented many of your same findings and I can attest that these simple methods do help! Turning off the t.v., keeping your hands busy.... it all helps. Thanks for openly sharing. I wish people were more open about this twenty years ago!

      Yes! There’s so much coming at us from all angles these days- so much more than even a generation ago. Once we have thr awareness, and give ourselves permission to say “I dont have to try to keep up with it all”, there’s so much s p a c e that opens up. The little things are the big things! ❤️

    I like your video setup. It feels like we are in the room with you sitting across the table. I like that you are maintaining eye contact. I like that you are brighter than the background/surroundings- it makes you visually stand out and promotes the viewer to focus on you while you speak. I like that you didn’t constantly change the angle of the camera for the sake of mixing it up- I like that the camera didn’t move and therefore break the illusion we are across the table. You have the camera setup slightly low so we are looking up at you which lends to the idea of “looking up to you as a role model”. I like the setup because it feels like a one-on-one consultation with you. 🎉
