While their studio and MVs are awesome the only true way to experience this band is with a LIVE performance. There is nothing they CAN'T play LIVE that is not energized magic. The M&M show here in all their glory leading, trading and finally harmonizing done with reckless perfection. Leave it to Fami and Haruna to drive the band and Asami to control the venue, the crowd and each song!!!Back for 4 LIVE shows in the US in early September, nothing yet about adding any others and with Miyako's piano recitals back in Japan that may limit their tour dates. Sadly, they are not doing Wacken Open Air this year, but hopefully they get the Main Stage gig next August. They appeared there in 2018 on a side stage at Noon and blew the Hugh crowd away with their performance becoming the 1st all female Japanese band to perform there.

A new EP and a live DVD/Blu-ray both will be released on August 28. „LOVEBITES EP II“ will contain new songs and also a re-recording of the band’s debut „THE LOVEBITES EP“ for a limited edition. „Memorial of the Warrior Souls“ is the live recording of last year‘s Tokyo concert during the Judgement Day tour. It features 7 live versions of songs from the „Judgement Day“ album including „Soldier stands solitarily“. And of course also the pre-releases „Rising“ and „We are the resurrection“, which was the opening track for this show.

I'm long time wintersun fan and it's hard in words to tell how much this band means to me. "It's everything" sounds exaggerated but a very descriptive expression. I just love this band!. I love the fact that you aren't aware of the fight against sexism that women are still fighting. It is still routine for women not to be viewed as equals on the battlefield or in any place In The Battle of the Atlantic a group of young women developed tactics for defeating the Nazi Wolfpacks of submarines who were attacking vital Allied supply shipping. They were playing war games and interestingly high up naval commanders would come to learn techniques and were often beaten by a twenty year old women (which was a shock to them) Those women saved thousands of lives and shortened WW2 considerably. But they rarely get mentioned.

Speechless seems like an appropriate reaction for hearing Yannis for the first time 🤣 The entire band is awesome, I like their themes, their lyrics, their beats, solos, all. And ofc the way their vocalist sings. I believe he is classically trained and you can feel that. He has some very cool covers of his own. You ight wat to check his youtube channel :) As for the band itself, Anton, the guitarist left Battle Beast (also a very cool band and their female vocalist is amazing) and founded Beast in Black; he is a huge anime fan and the name of both bands actually relates to Berserk (manga and anime) Some of the songs are directly connected to the story in Berserk actually :) Another major influence for them is Blade runner and the entire cyberpunk culture. You might wanna check those songs as well. All in all, they are very fun to listen to, they lift the spirit and energy levels with their tunes (perfect 80's training montage or workout :)))
