We made to Glamis, a destination we have talked about for years. Hung out in Arizona for a few days and made this a must to visit!!!

Shouldn’t have to upgrade the battery! But they do make a dual battery kit you can add if you plan on playing music a lot of the time with the machine off.

Amazing! We made it to French Creek Crossing ... then turned around. That was more than enough for us. Bent the drag link (JL Wrangler) there. Had we gone on to Cleveland Rock, I would've needed a change of underwear. Really nice video. Thanks for sharing!
Yeah it was a pretty tough trail for sure! Never a fun time breaking anything. Good thing you were able to get out when you did! Cleveland Rock was pretty intense. Only had 1 buddy attempt it and made it after several tries to find the right spot to climb.
How much did the blown engine cost you with all the new and upgraded parts??? How long was your machine down?? Who did the work on your head?? And where did you buy the new block from?? Thank You for sharing your story and videos
So, we will actually have an update video on the Build coming in the next week or two. It will explain what work and performance was done to the machine. The work was done either by himself or K&T Performance in Ogden Utah. He had a little hiccup in the build, so it's caused a delay on an update video. Now it's running 100% Crazy FAST!!!!

Well it’s been through a lot since then it’s finally running we will get one up soon!!
Seems I’ll be tearing my turbo RZR down, Went a little too deep and machine cut off while exhaust was under. No water got thru the air intake and oil seems good on dipstick. Checked spark plug ports and they were full of mud water. Cleaned them out thinking that was the reason of the sudden cut out and tried to fire it up. The RZR turns over but doesn’t start up…

I'm tearing my engine down as we speak. Just curious how you feel about the whole setup after some ride time. Is the big bore kit worth it?
The big bore kit is good it has a little more torque. I did run into my evo big turbo being to small so the charge air temps would get hot but other than that it is just as reliable as stock.

No transmission to engine alignment? They say that's critical for belt life... especially with high hp.
The engine and trans did get aligned later when the new STM clutches were installed.
So what's the story on how it happened. What was it doing when you noticed something was wrong or did it just all go at once?I'm curious as to mine had some issues this past weekend. I'm not sure if the fan shorted out or it just cooked itself but it's not good.
It happened to this one because it was running lean and without an air fuel ratio gauge I did not know that it was running lean. It just ran lean long enough to melt everything.

So this rzr has a evo powersports stage six big turbo kit. Which came with bigger fuel pump and injectors to run 93 octane, 110 octane, and E85 fuels. I was running E85 tune. When it blew up the rzr was held wide open throttle to speeds around 95 mph. The engine then began to melt down because of the engine running lean. The cause of it running lean was determined to be bad fuel. E85 is suppose to be 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline mix. The gas station I got it from measured out to be only 67% ethanol. If it would have had a wideband o2 sensor with and AFR gauge it would have been seen in the air fuel mixture and I would have let it of the gas to prevent engine damage.
That's the risk you run when you add more power with fuels and modifications and such..
@@noco5-thirtycrew853 when I seen you remove the charge cooler and there was antifreeze in the housing I thought for sure that's what it was that caused the problem

About how many miles round trip was your ride?
It’s about 11 miles to take Red Cone trail and loop back around Webster pass. But there is a lot of other trails in the area you can take.
