you probably already know this but if your pre workout has beta alanine in it then it will give you that itchy feeling, they do make a bunch without it though.

I always get there cafe vanilla Frappuccino. I wonder if that’s that’s the same thing as a blended Americano only my vanilla is sweetened. It’s simple but soooooo good. I’m drinking it now lol 😂
