I like that even 100 years after his victory on Jonathan, he understans that he was really strong, and feel fear from other Joestars just thanks to Jonathan experience.

That dark but beautiful air about him. That voice as smooth as oil and as soft as cotton. Joseph was right, Dio's greatest power was his overwhelming charisma. I know he is an evil man, but just listening to him, I can't help but feel like I would just get on my knees and submit to him, and for all of you it would be the same I mark. Dio truly is a dangerous individual.
