    Just found your channel. I’ve joined Sw. I’m embarrassed to say I’m 17?stone 7 now. I’m 5 foot 10. I used to be 10 stone. I don’t want to be that slim. I’d be happy around 12 stone. I think we can be our own worst critics xxx

    Hi, I'm enjoying your videos, but I think you are mistaken over some of the things allowed on SP You include baked beans and say in your comments that you can syn them. However, it's impossible to syn free foods as there are no syns attached - if that were true you could include pasta, potatoes etc and syn them too. You also mention pea soup, but the same applies to peas - they are free, not speed or protein.

    This is a really helpful video to explain the rules - although I have been having good losses, I quite fancy challenging myself to a week of SP plan to see if my losses improve even more and if I have the will power to do it.

    Exactly what I was looking for - thank you so much for posting this, Nia! I'm just returning to SW after a few years of letting myself go! I went along to my first meeting yesterday, got registered and weighed and picked up my books, but I wasn't able to stay. And this morning I've come on CZcams to see if someone like you was out there to give me a little refresher course, because it felt a bit daunting, the idea of having to read all this stuff. And now I'm off to watch the other two videos you've mentioned. Six pounds in six days? Wow, I would love to be able to do that!!!! I'm off to France in December for a long stay and MUST drop the weight.... :)

    Hi I just wondered how you managed your appetite and portion control when you were at your heaviest just starting out? I ask because Ive done keto and found it much easier going due to no hunger, but needless to say I eventually became bored with it and regained over 3 stone. I also worry that SW weight loss will be too slow compared to keto but the food looks nicer on sw. Ive read that leptin resistance can be an issue and Im wondering if thats why I struggle with hunger on low fat diets. I'm torn with which plan to choose atm.
