Dudley is definitely NOT very strong. That's one of the things that sucks about him, actually. With a few combo string exceptions with specials, Dudley's target combos are kind of weak & often push opponents out of the combo, leaving Dudley totally vulnerable. Sometimes, you may have to settle for doing single strikes, from jabs to hard pokes, but that has its risks because of parries. Dudley is not good at getting in close either, but Hugo can punish Dudley up close or with good pokes & better ways of moving forward. Chun-Li, Yun & Yang can all beat up Dudley at any range. Dudley also straightens his back during most of his strikes, like a karate guy, instead of leaning into his strikes for more range & damage like an actual boxer, which is very weird & annoying. Jet Upper is mainly an overhead ant-air and has terrible range going forward or at an upward angle. It also has weak damage despite its launch. Jet Upper is no Shoryuken. Dan's anti-air is better. 😆 Also, Dudley's reversal doesn't work against lows & most of his specials & supers stall after being used, especially when blocked, and don't push back opponents on block or at all in some cases. Moving around a lot and purposely striking at nothing to trick opponents into moving forward after you seemingly miss (feint) helps Dudley in matches, but this strategy is hardly fool proof, as you might guess. Dudley does much more than Balrog, far beyond over-using lunging strikes, but Dudley doesn't do anything he does especially well & being able to dominate Balrog in a match is mostly all Dudley has to offer over Balrog. Both boxers are just okay fighters who probably wish they were Mike Tyson & Muhammad Ali. 🤣 Dudley Overall: Average, Okay Fighter

Mokato is weak. Her moves can be combined for great damage (Touch of Death), but blocks, parries, & throws easily beat most of her short combos, weak strikes often with short range, bad recovery & bad zoning issues. Mokato's Super Art 1 & 2 are not bad, but SA3 (Tanden Renki) trades the ability to block for 25% more damage on strikes, which isn't really worth it for the reasons I said earlier. Also, notice SA3 was the one SA not mentioned in this video. Mokato players can parry into combos while in this SA3 mode, but SF3 parries have always been a bit unreliable & her red skin during this mode also tells the opponent player to be even more defensive, which is already a mojar weakness for Mokato. Mokato is not bad overall, but she's not that great either, and she's hardly "MEGA STRONG." Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Chun-Li, Q, Hugo & even Alex are way stronger. Mokato is meant to be weak but fast & strategic, like Chun-Li, but Chun-Li hits more in most combos, often does more damage, has more pokes & moves around better than Mokato. Chun-Li in SF3 is also one of the best versions of Chun-Li ever.

cool wake up trick is pressing back while being throw far with a powerful attack, it makes the character roll on their back and stand up really quick too

For Leroy mains: Just use the 1+2, 1+2, 1 chain punch to guarantee damage on a RA block. His df2, 1+2 tends to have very strict timing so if you're in an online match with big ping, it tends to miss. Just use the chain punches.
