So I got a question why are some of your trucks gas and some diesel is it because of what they are used for. What was your mind set when building your fleet?

Hey man I 20 years old and sarted my construction company last year it’s slow I have a hard time with other companies we line in a small town in Indiana and the closest big city to us is Indy so they costumers call the cheapest possible and there is no money to be made what would u recommend in my situation

Lol those bees are called cicada killers, they won't harm you, the males don't have stingers and won't bother you at all, which are the ones you see flying, the females are in the burrow, apparently you really have to pass her off for her to come out and sting you. I've ran into them on a few of my properties and they never give me an issue

Tom I've been watching your channel for couple months. I'm 62 years old and you can take this anyway you want to! I like some of your content but you wine, bitch, and moan, you cut your employees down in the 2 months I've been watching your channel I think you have cut down at least 3 of your employees🤔 if I was Casey I would be looking for another job and when he gets his last check I would probably take you out back in the woods and try to show you something ... Later on in the video you were going around and killing weeds on commercial property and they to keep the flower beds clean from weeds you said all it takes is a little more time but if they take a little more time and then you'll be whining about that at the end of the week because they took an extra 20 minutes on that property, And we all know Tom don't like spending money, But then go out and buy a brand new Ford limited instead of giving your employees a little raise, Maybe attendance bonus If they come in and are not late they don't miss any days. At the end of the month you can give them like a bonus I mean a dollar an hour for attendance bonus that 40 hours a week that's only $40 before taxes that's not very much but it's showing that your seeing who comes in on time and works.🙄. Don't go behind your crews back. One day someone will take you in the woods and show you something! If you can't say it to the face don't put it on your channel, And don't act like you're the only one that has a business and it's very stressful owning your business can be stressful, if someone calls in sick that's is part of owning your own business it sucks, step up just like you did today. This will probably be taken down and you will probably block me but life will still go on and tomorrow is another day and probably be filled with all kinds of little fires that you have to run around and put out every day I get it 👍 but don't talk behind your employees backs.. that's what a 2 faced person does. Well if I don't watch any more of your videos I guess this is our goodbye and I hope your business keeps striving and you back off a little bit on your employees. Compliment them when they do something good buy them a pizza for lunch once in a while or give them a $40 or $50 gift card that they can take their wife, girlfriend, significant other, mom, dad to dinner on it, you be surprised how far a little respect will get you remember respect is earned. For your commercial properties do you include your bed maintenance in mowing price or separate? I’ve always afforded monthly bed maintenance just curious how others take take of it

Tom, I live in Rhode Island, I have started to run my own landscaping business for the past 5 years, I now have about 20 accounts. I don't have a trailer yet, so I run my business out of my pickup truck. I am going to get an old chevy work van from my neighbor that is a carpenter. it has a beat up old utility body, I'm going to take that bed off and put a flatbed on it and put wooden side boards on it.

3 inch trigger is crazy mate. 2 inch trigger and always go out for 1.5” because nobody ever complains that you came out too often. Sucks if you have clients under seasonal contracts, then your less motivated to go out.

Eh yo big tip.plant all the plants first then lay the fabric over plants and do cris cross cuts over plants then make sure the fabric is cut away from the base of the plant to allow water to travel to roots

I think the flagstone patio needs a little attention i would recommend connection the outline edge's after filling in the middle
