I am literally entering a SINGLE lower case i in a cell and even with that option turned off it gets turned into a capital letter I but if I put ii in they are not fixed. I do not want libreoffice *ANYTHING* changing ANY PART of ANYTHING i input into any field. I want to permanantlfy disable every single "I am smarter than you are and will fix everything you type like it or not" feature. *EVERY SINGLE ONE*. Seriously A-Noying!

this may be the only guy in the world who has done this. ... and after his explanation he will continue to be. i give him 100% credit for this, but also recommend that someone else read his narrative or he take elocution lessons.

I was hoping when you started by moving columns that the sorting shown in this video would also be horizontal. I know how to sort by the contents of a column, vertically, and there are many videos about this, but it's really difficult to find a good explanation on how to do it horizontally (sorting such that columns are re-ordered, say, alphabetically).

My Calc formula =DAY(NOW()) is returning an actual value instead of an err mssg, but the day & date of the field are wildly *incorrect.* I'm getting "Wednesday, January 10, 1900" instead of what should be "Saturday, May 11, 2024" appearing in cell. My PC's system clock isn't malfunctional, it's working fine & accurate, same as it always has.... to just clarify that up front. That formula used however is literally cut & pasted directly from the actual tutorial page of the Calc help system as an example for inserting =DAY function into a cell to populate that cell with the current day. Syntax will vary of course by formatting selected elsewhere, within the altogether separate feature dedicated to the formatting of cells, I understand that, and that aspect seems to be working fine. It's just how very inaccurate the date generated by formula is what is my dilemna here..... I''m an older gent & quite PC literate, yet I'm new to Calc, learning it to create docs needed for a busn venture. I'm completely lost in the weeds here. Any tips | suggestion ? . . . . I otherwise found the video informative . . . Liked & Subbed . . . . thanks in advance

I was despairing of ever being able to send emails using a template without manually sending them individually to my list of about 40 newsletter subscribers using a Theme for each week. This would have been incredibly tedious, as I would have had to repeat the process every week. It would have created the potential for many errors, as well. Also, I appreciate you going through items such as "correcting" zip codes starting with the 0 numeral, synchronizing the fields. etc.
