Blue Mountains Spring Hiking to 9 Amazing Waterfalls | South Lawson & Terrace Falls
Take on a spring hiking adventure in the Blue Mountains, exploring the South Lawson 5 Waterfall Circuit and Terrace Falls Reserve Loop.
This combined trail leads you through a scenic path of 9 waterfalls, surrounded by rich vegetation, colorful wildflowers, and tranquil rainforest landscapes.
Start with the South Lawson Waterfall Circuit, a 3km loop that guides you through four breathtaking waterfalls: Adelina Falls, Junction Falls, Federal Falls, and Cataract Falls.
After some rainfall, these waterfalls are even more spectacular, with the rainforest coming alive with vibrant flora. Don’t miss the glow worms at Cataract Falls, a hidden gem for those who visit during twilight.
Extend your hike by connecting with the Terrace Falls Reserve Loop, where you’ll encounter more beautiful cascades, such as Victor Falls and Terrace Falls.
This trail is relatively quiet, offering a peaceful retreat away from the more tourist-heavy areas of the Blue Mountains. The paths are well-marked, making it accessible for all levels, though sturdy footwear is recommended due to the occasional muddy and slippery sections.
Spring is the perfect time to explore these trails, with the waterfalls in full flow and the surrounding bushland bursting with color.
Whether you're a local or a visitor, this hike is a must-do for anyone seeking to experience the natural beauty of the Blue Mountains.

Rock Climbing at Hollow Mountain | Northern Grampians
zhlédnutí 54Před dnem
Hollow Mountain is a mecca for rock climbers, and climbing to the summit offers a thrilling adventure. The pictures of Hollow Mountain that you see online truly don’t do it justice, and I firmly believe it’s a place you can’t miss when visiting the Grampians. The sandstone cliffs showcase a vivid spectrum of colors, ranging from bright reds to yellows, greys, and whites, often forming unique st...
Mount Rosea Summit Hike | Grampians National Park
zhlédnutí 27Před 14 dny
Hiking to Mount Rosea’s summit is a thrilling adventure that almost feels like playing a video game, with the constant challenge of finding yellow arrows to lead you through stunning rock formations along the path. The trail starts in a green, fern-covered forest, transitions to sandy and rocky terrain, and then becomes a blend of rock hopping and squeezing through rocks, with amazing views alo...
Mount William Summit Walk at Sunset | Grampians National Park
zhlédnutí 35Před 14 dny
The hike to Mount William, the highest peak in the Grampians at 1,167 meters, isn’t the most exciting since it’s just a walk along a steep, sealed road. However, the 360-degree views from the summit make it absolutely worth it. I decided to head over there around sunset, and it was a great choice. Even though it was a bit cold at the summit in the middle of May, I was the only one there to take...
Mount Abrupt & Mount Signal Hike | Grampians National Park

Let me take you along on a hike through the stunning Grampians National Park, where I tackled Mount Abrupt and Mount Signal. The hike had a mix of steep climbs and rocky paths, leading to some of the best views I’ve seen in the Grampians. It’s a good workout, but standing at both summits made it all worth it. If you’re into hiking and don’t mind putting in some effort, you’ll definitely enjoy t...
The Pinnacle Walk from Halls Gap | Grampians [Silent Hiking]

how to get there by public transport?
Here's what uncle Google suggests: Melbourne to Halls Gap 1. Train from Southern Cross Station to Ballarat Station, departing at 8:24am and arriving at 10:01am. 2. Bus from Ballarat Station to Stawell Station, departing at 10:21am and arriving at 12:02pm. 3. Bus from Stawell Station to Halls Gap Information Centre, departing at 12:42pm and arriving at 1:37pm.
Lovely hike and I have been there and the wildlife is beautiful too ! Thank you so much !
Thanks for watching, it's an amazing day hike in Central Grampians and you'll most likely see few wallabies, kangaroos and deer along the way :)
Brilliant!! By far the the most informative video i have come across on the dolomites, short to the point You sir are a legend Thanks :)
Thanks for a nice feedback sir, much appreciated 🙌 And enjoy your trip to Dolomites!
Привет! Интересно смотреть. Так держать!
Спасибо за просмотр видео Oleg
Awesome video. Thanks for sharing. 👍1
Thanks Khurshid! 🙌111
This is hands down the best guide to the dolomites!! My plan is 5 days as well, so I'll follow your plan! Thank you so much for your help. Btw, the views you captured are heavenly 🔥
No worries and thanks for your comment, I'm sure you'll have an amazing time in Dolomites hiking these trails 🙌
Beautiful video about South Tyrol (Misurina is in Veneto region). But I remember you can't fly everywhere in Italy with your drone, you must check before flying the official Italian maps on D-Flight, as an example Lago di Braies and Cinque Torri are a No fly Zone (natural park) you risk fines up to 30000 euros! Be careful!
Thanks for the feedback and watching, I don't even own a drone at this point (planning to buy one soon, most likely dji mini pro 4) and all of the aerial footage in this video is from stock websites :)
This is a great, informative video, thank you so much for sharing. I've seen many videos about hiking in the dolomites, but never advice to hire an MTB. We love riding so have definitely put that on our list. We will visit the Dolomites in September.
Hey guys, thanks for stopping by and watching. You're going to have an amazing time, Dolomites look gorgeous in autumn, Croda da Lago should be close to the top of list of autumn hikes 🙌 You'll have an amazing time at Alpe di Siusi, I think bike is the best choice followed by multi-day, hut to hut hikes. Exciting days ahead!
Sensational video! Thank you!
Thanks Chris!
Wow! Stunning. Great video and useful information.. Thank you. All the best.

Thanks for the beautiful scenery

Could you share the link to your camera back pack ? How did you protect it from the water ?
Lots of hiking backpacks will have built-in rain cover at the bottom of the bag, so just check if it's there before you buy it. If there's a backpack that you like and it doesn't have built in rain cover, no worries, just grab something like this: www.thenorthface.com/en-us/bags-and-gear/backpacks-c224451/pack-rain-cover-pNF00CA7Z

When was your trip? Will it be cold in September?
At the beginning of the June. September is only slightly colder than June, but it won't be as busy as July and August, so it all depends on your travel priorities

Thanks for watching!
Really nice video and it's good that it contains only valuable information!
Thanks for watching and I'm glad it was informative. I tried to keep the amount of 'fluff' to the minimum, otherwise it would end up being a very long video. There are so many amazing places to stop along the Ring Road 🧊

This is a wonderful video you have shared. Very glad you enjoyed. Thank you so much for sharing this. My husband and I are planning to visit towards the end of June 2026 and gathering as much information as possible. We too have booked a camper van. It gives more freedom and is hotel and vehicle in one. Was this visit beginning or end of June?
It's really good that you guys plan ahead as Iceland is going to get busier year on year and good choice on the campervan 👌 We started the trip right at the beginning of June, so Landmannalaugar F-Roads were still closed, hence we booked 2WD camper, not something like Suzuki Jimny or similar. What camper are you guys getting?

Your 10-day Iceland Ring Road Itinerary is fantastic! It’s great to see your dream of visiting Iceland come true. The detailed day-by-day guide and tips are incredibly helpful for anyone planning their own Icelandic adventure. Your journey looks amazing, especially with all the stunning landscapes and highlights you explored. Really great video and very beautiful footage! My favourite place. I think that the tight rope activity is illegal there. I have sent this video to NPWS.
"the tight rope activity" Honestly, the attitude of "I don't know what that is therefore must be unsafe and illegal" is incredible
Thanks for watching mate, I doubt they would do it without permission during the Easter long weekend

One of the most beautiful places in the world..
Yeah, Watson's Bay ticks lots of the boxes for one of the top spots in Sydney (amazing beaches, massive cliffs and epic harbour views)
