I bought one. it shut off by itself, quite often, Their solutopn was for me to ship it to them at my cost, and wait for them to figure it out. I replaced the power supply with an upgraded Corsair unit, no change. I finally installed into a new case, and that solved the problems

i was looking to buy an expensive computer from them but when i got to the part where they charge you extra for cable management and extra 10$ for thermal pasteeee are you kidding me. That should come standard with customer service. NGL the thermal paste got me doubting the service so i came to look up reviews and ended up on your video. Considering people buy pc that are worth couple thousand dollars and you gonna charge 10$ for thermal paste and extra money for a clean build is red flags! I know your post is couple of years old but thank you for your feedback.

This is what scares me with the dozens of custom built gaming pc companies springing up. The quality of the builds has gone down once they get large enough.

My pc I got from them don’t even seem to exist. I can’t find it anywhere and anything that looks like it has different and better parts like for vram and a diff cpu. We bought one a while back that came in wrong so we sent it back and then we got a diff one that was still basically the same… fast forward a little while later (2 months) the graphics card stopped working and says it’s corrupt but we have tried everything and people have looked at it and it still doesn’t work. We are buying a new gpu from a diff company and installing it into the same pc and we hope it doesn’t break the new one as well with whatever corruption thing happened to the last.

i had the exact same issues with them , sent my pc in twice to them with tons of problems and they couldnt fix it. Sent to a local computer company found loads of problems with it.

Post pandemic and post hike prices due to crypto mining it makes sense to buy something like prebuilt. But it has to be a smart buy. Make sure you get your money worth for components. And change and modify what you can.

Hey i got my 1st Gaming Pc from #CyberPower, have had it for a little over a year now. It works like a champ!! BUT.. it recently gave me an issue, I HOPE is common.. the PC powers on but then my monitor says that theres no input signal?! Please someone help. I tested the monitor on my other school pc and its not hardware. Im in process cleaning my GPU but i dont know if thats going to help..
