Embarrassing

I have never related to someone like this in my life! I currently work with a big four, and EVERYTHING you mentioned is exactly what i am going through. Just that mine has been for 7 months straight. From a bank job straight to an insurance job. And same client, new team, new industry for me and a completely new complex standard. We are forced to stay on calls or in the office late into the night without any acknowledgement for the work we're doing. My anxiety has been at insane levels.

I remember I went for a job interview, there were three white guys and one brown girl and the guys were nice towards me but the girl quite standoffish. I later found out from some other people I know who also had an interview with them that the girl was extremely nice towards them. I obviously didn't get the job.

Im one year in and havent done the exams yet still on certificate level, however, I dislike it :( I do like my peers (im working for one of the big 4) but i dont know what else to do as i hate exams and busy season espeiclally when it gets toxic

Don't even have to watch the video to know why you quit. Big 4 Fucking Sucks. Those places are sweat shops that just use you like a slave. The worse part of big 4 is the people. So many horrible people - they think they are better than other people and smarter than everyone else. With audit you don't even do anything but 99 percent admin work. Big 4 also LIES. They will tell you that you can easily transfer to consulting or some other business unit. That is a bunch of bull shit. Unless you are a favorite or a hot chick management dreams of boning you aren't going anywhere except back to your desk to do more shitty boring useless work papers. The only good thing about big 4 is having the name on your resume and getting your ACA or CPA. That's it.
