I think anyone unbiased would likely agree Noel has the overall better singing voice, thats not to say he is necessarily gonna be you favorite. I get the apeal of a very distinctive singing voice like Noel or Neil Young for example. They may not be the best technically speaking but Neil Young is one of my favorites. Bob Dylan would be another good example, hes by no means on the level of many other amazing vocalists but many love his songs and singing over much more proficient singers. I think if you put both brothers in a modern singing contest with judges where they sing through various styles of music like on a show akin to American idol, i am fairly certain Noel would make it much further. Just my opinion, im not really an Oasis fan nor do i listen to either brother in my free time so im not biased
