holy shit!
wow, what a great documentation of a very groovy time in jazz. And in television production, as well.
OMG! Seems yesterday. In 1930's i lived in Brooklin. At that time, me and my friends, we usually spend the nights at the famous Dinky Donky Skbadaboob Da Boob Dabidubidi Dubidi Da Da Da Dinah's palace. Better know as DDSDBDDDDD, or for the real intimate customers, only Dinki. A hidden cubbyhole on the 56Th avenue. Famous artists usually performed there, people like Armostrong, Ella Fitzgerald, Korn, Iron Maiden, Etta James, Eminem, The Beatles, N.W.A., Bad Bunny, Travis Scott and many others. That's used to be the best place where we secretly drank whiskey. You know what i mean? Prohibition and stuff. Forget about it, we usually sayin' as Italians Immigrants. What a wonderful time of my life!
結構は走りましたね。
Wish we could identify where exactly this was... It appears to be '69 europe because of the other video on BOB JUKE channel with all 3 together.

6:22 FLY ME TO THE MOON
Love them all probably grant is my fav next to Wes
Kenny B solo was so clean and behind the beat. Great
Stellar playing from 3 of the greats!
A D'Angelico [KB]; Gibson [BK] & D'Aquisto [GG]. Great playing by masters of jazz guitar but i wish the drummer, Don Lamond, could have just played time - Garry Lee [Perth, Western Australia]

great chord work but he can't handle the tempo with his single line work. Its messy and doesn't sound coherent. Love Fly Me To The Moon though.
Barney Kessel - - - Jazz Legend, Master Musician, Guitarist Extraordinaire . @MI-sm5ge - - - None of the above.
dang…
Stan Levey speaks about his drum career here - czcams.com/video/mkrCZSmzjCc/video.html
Grant green is the king!!! Look at that!!
I attended a concert in Paris in 1969 with the same musicians. Back then, I was 18 and was completely stunned by the performance. I decided to stick to my medical college...
Yeah I saw your comment on that BOB JUKE channel Wish we could identify where exactly this was... It appears to be '69 europe because of the other video on BOB JUKE channel with all 3 together.
<I decided to stick to my medical college>_ Probably the best decision made in your life ...
❤
Could this be the J. J. Johnson Quintet? I used to own an LP titled "Dial JJ5" and Bobby Jaspar was a tenor/flute player in the J J Johnson Quintet. Bobby Jaspar was also featured in "It could happen to you" on that album, but I thought it was recorded in the studio. There is also a live recording in Amsterdam from the 1957 J J Johnson Quintet tour. Check these recordings out.
Most amazing :)
Dang gonna steal a ton
Sweet baby Jesus 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️WOW
Grandes guitarristas ! Influenciaram meio mundo !
Praise God! That anyone could ever play something so beautiful as this rendition of London Deriere.
ショボいサミットww
Still believe Grant Green is the greatest of the JAzz guitarists . The cut - it ain’t necessarily so - has Grant hitting one note that is so perfectly struck and spoken it would be difficult to do so if your not green or some shade of green . For Grant it was natural as his last name was green and his fingers made the magic grow .
Three masters playing together and as one. This is incredible!
great trio drummer was tight
Grant Greene's solos are far more flowing and soulful. He is the player Wes M. & George B. Use to watch from the back wall at his dinning Hall gigs.
Where did you find this you're a magician 5 stars.😃👍👋👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Oscar Brown Jr. is so cool.
1969 quin gran any per la musica
